Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dania Beach

Apparently this is a thing now: Dunkin' Donuts, or at least some locations, no longer make their donuts in store. They wait to have them delivered by a truck. I went today and the racks were almost all empty. A few munchkins here and there. Most everything was not in stock. I asked the employee (who was actually very polite) if they were making more and he said no and that they had to wait for the truck to deliver them at 1 a.m. I was there at around 4 pm. So 1) The donuts are not fresh, 2) there is no way that they are going to be able to make it to 1 am with as little options as they had. This is such a poor business plan. Can you imagine how much money you're losing because you don't have anything in stock and won't have anything for the next several hours? I've never heard of this before and although the experience with the worker was good, I won't be coming back. That's the craziest thing I have ever heard that you're not making them fresh in the store. And that you have to wait for them to be delivered. Dunkin' Donuts corporate really shot themselves in the foot...

Not only did they mess up my mobile order and I had to go back after I had already made it home, no problem, mistakes happen. When I went back to pick up the rest of the missing order, when I got to the window I tried to order 1 glazed donut. They gave me an attitude and told me I would have to go back around the line or come inside to order. It’s not like it was a long complicated order, it was 1 donut. You would think since they made the mistake and I had to drive back to pick up the rest of the items that they would have been more accommodating. Good Customer service doesn’t exist at this Dunkin Donuts. Even though I live a mile away here in Dania I would rather drive to the one on griffin road than to go back to this poor excuse of an...

I regret that i even had to put 1 star, this dunkin donuts is the worst place to spend money this morning i was very disappointed by one of the young ladies that work here she, charged me for an order that wasn't mines because she was feeling herself a little to hard like she was on IG or Facebook and this afternoon i went back to make another purchase if I'm not mistaking the same little girl was there and she handed me my drinks her attitude was just disgusting like i stole her eye lashes these little girls from the project have no manners and needs to be trained before working around peoples food... Stop Hiring these little uneducated girls that are working only to purchase lace wigs and...
