McDonald's — Restaurant in Danvers

Before you read my review I just wanted to let you know that I always have problems with a simple order that I like for my McDonalds breakfast which is why I have to make it a point every time I order. Keep reading and you'll see. So I Asked for two Mcmuffins welldone. Even made sure she knew and understood. She made it 100% clear that she knew what I wanted and basically guaranteed me that it would be done correctly. I got my meal and both Mcmuffins didn't even Seem like they were toasted at all. They were barely even toasted brown and completely soft. No crunch at all! I'm so tired of getting a wrong or messed up order that I didn't even bother to bring it back. I have nothing against another race, buy it seems like every time it's a Spanish speaking pers ok n who takes my order its never right. Even when they speak and understand English correctly! It's crazy, but everytime it's a white English spoken person my order is perfect every time. The problem is you barely ever get a white English spoken person. I have 4 McDonalds around my area and every one of them are ran by Spanish individuals. All of them! What happened to the good old days where getting a Mcmuffin and Coffee didn't have to be perfectly planned out in order to get a decent McDonalds breakfast? Just saying. You can't even have it your way at Burger...

I came thru the drive thru on a Saturday. There was only one other car in drive thru when I was in line, by the time I pulled up to pay I was the only/next car to pick up at window. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter/ 4 piece chicken nugget Happy Meal. When we get home with her order there was no 4 piece nuggets for her. I called asked for a call back and no answer or response. I called again the following day to speak to Management, call went to voicemail and no response from them. Really frustrating when you have a hungry child and get her home to only find her meal was incomplete. I gave them a 2 because the employees that took order and handed me my order where respectful and polite. But I know it's not the cashier's job or the person handing the order to Qualify check, that should have been completed during packing order before it is handed to the drive thru. Do Better....$7 for a 4 piece chicken nugget, small fries and drink is way overpriced for what you...

The night manager Bruno, Started to really disrespect me. I did nothing but help the guy and I always gave a dollar tip. And he asked me to write a good comment so he could get $20 at the end of the month, and I did that a few times for him. So I was helping the kid out with extra money.!. Then it was weird like he expected it… then when I couldn’t write or give a tip.he started to act RUDE! Quick example I would ask for a medium & he would give me a small. & I could have sworn i saw him spitting in my drink so I did not trust it! & I threw the whole thing away when I saw stuff floating in my coffee!!!!!! And he was just giving weird attitudes! For no reason at all. Like he didn’t like me or something…?????????? I did absolutely nothing wrong to this kid but help him…???????????????? People like him should not work around paying customers if they are going too...
