Every time I go to this Sonic I'm disappointed. I will place an order on the app and when I get there, the order isn't ready and it ultimately would have been faster for me to have gone through the drive thru. I don't see the point in using the app if it has literally no benefit for this location. I just got home from my most recent trip and was dissatisfied with everything once again. I got a free combo meal from the manager because the last time I visited I had ordered an Ocean Water on the app and waited 30 mins for it to arrive. I ordered additional food while waiting for that and it came faster than my drink?! So the manager came out and tried to solve it and gave me the free combo meal I used today. When I got my food today I noticed the fries were warm but definitely not fresh. These things tasted 2 days old. I ordered a double cheeseburger with NO ONIONS and guess what I got on my burger along with onions? A nice long brown hair all wrapped up in the wrapper for me to enjoy. It wasn't even fully on the burger, if anyone was looking while wrapping the burger they would have seen it. It is also not my hair as mine is currently orange. The only thing edible about this meal was the cherry limeade, lets hope I don't dump it out and find something in that too. I am just consistently disappointed time and time again with this location. However, the Sonic in the QCA has been dropping the ball.
On this occasion I brought my kids there, pulled up in a stall. Ordered 2 burger meals, a popcorn chicken meal, large mozzarella sticks and ranch to go with all meals & sticks. When the food came out, there were 3 sandwiches in the bag, 3 fries and a medium order of sticks- no ranch. I sent my son up to the door to ask for the ranch. While he was waiting I started handing out the rest of the food. Just to realize there was an extra sandwich, no chicken. I took one of the burgers to the door to get it swapped out. The girl who took our order was extremely rude and seemed mad at me for asking for the correction. She told me to let go of the door that was being propped open be a disgustingly dirty 5 gallon bucket and stomped away. A guy came from the back and brought me room temp popcorn chicken and ranch. When I went back to the car and started opening the rest of the food we realized that the things we asked not to be added onto one sandwich were all there and the other burger was the wrong burger all together. So we told her she missed it and confirmed 3 times the size and drink. The employee confirmed it multiple times and then still did not give us the right drink - gave us a medium. Then she tried to blame us for the incident and said I didn't hear you, you already paid for it, just take it. Literally her words. Instead of making it right, the supposed manager came over and made it us pay the difference which she quoted as $1.07 then charged us $1.08. Turns out even that number was an over charge after we liked at the 3 receipts it took for us to get just a few overpriced drinks. The entire time the employee was on her phone. And just the fact that she didn't try to make right after we confirmed at the drive thru, at the window, and again before she charged us incorrectly in addition to giving a rude attitude and management didn't correct her.
