Safety / hygiene issue- I had a very poor and uncomfortable experience here today: Sat down at Beach Club Bar & Grill around noon, ordered Angus burger/fries on patio (near the pool). Immediately, a very large squirrel and 4 birds came up to me. The squirrel 100% was ready to pounce on me to eat (only 1 foot away). Neither squirrels nor birds would go away -- despite repeated attempts every few seconds (getting out of my seat and shoo away). 2 staff members (and other diners) commented on it. I was told from staff that the wildlife can be aggressive. Ended up moving myself to another table. All wildlife still followed me. I quickly paid and scrambled out. My meal ended by me standing up, stuffing french fries in my mouth quickly to leave. Not the experience I wanted to pay $35 for. The second I left the table, squirrel and birds swarmed + took over my table (including climbing on all the condiments, e.g. ketchup dispensers -- gross).

Turned into a very stressful incident since squirrels can bite / have other diseases.

I get "wildlife" is wildlife but it seems like a regular issue and IMO proper mitigation steps are not implemented. (animal deterrents, screens, food protection measures etc).

For the record, waitress was friendly + burger was fine. But experience was very stressful and uncomfortable. Warning folks so this experience doesn't...

We checked in the hotel and the first though is always going to the pool it was really crowded so we decided to go to the beach bar. we sat at the bar our bartender Yoslen was friendly but a little clueless about the property that he works at as we ask him questions about other bars and happy hours and he said they didn't have any which it wasn't true the casino does have a happy hour from 10 in the morning to 2:00 p.m. and there is a bar play in the mall property that has a happy hour, too. I don't expect them to know everything, but at least be a little bit more knowledgeable of the property they work at. We ordered watermelon margaritas, the Snapper taco, and the steak sandwich definitely recommend the food. service is below average they do get at 18% automatic gratuity added to all checks so It felt like they don't want to exceed and go above and beyond for anybody when they know they get auto Grat servers where at the station talking and when we ask one of them to take our order at the pool he said he will come back and never did we had to go to the bar to purchase our drinks and notice the servers just standing on the side nevertheless we enjoy the pool and the food not...
