I’m not sure what’s wrong with this place or why they protect their employees more than they protect their Customers. The male take out worker with blonde hair intentionally added extra tip to my check after I had already paid to give himself extra without my consent or knowledge. I’m pretty sure i probably wasn’t the only one. Regardless I called in to get this fixed and one of the guy managers fixed it, however there was no apology on this boys part. I kept seeing him working and he always has an extremely nasty attitude and kept saying it was an accident in an extremely rude tone. He didn’t even have the common courtesy to apologize. I also don’t buy he “accidentally “ added extra dollars for tip he typed it on a computer and I know because I used to be a waitress. I had to tell him that I don’t appreciate his attitude towards me when I ordered last and had to ask him to say sorry and apologise because that’s stealing money from a customer. When you make mistakes , you normally say sorry and don’t act entitled. A voluntary apology would have made me forget about it. He tried to hide behind a female manager because he knows she likes him and is protected. I tried to call again to speak with the same male manager who previously helped me to follow up and I’m not sure why but they put me on the phone with this same boy who scammed me thinking I wouldn’t notice . He trid to delegate me to his female manager saying “she is the main store manager” 😂 . The amount of foolishness this boy gets away with is reprehensible . Please Phat boy hire better people not teenagers or immature adults. I also want to warn other customers if you see this blonde headed boy working please check your bank statements to make sure he doesn’t charge extra tips to your bill. It looks like they haven’t reprimanded him yet which explains his rude and entitled behaviour. I’m going to have to talk with the guy manager I spoke with last time because it seems like the lady is fond of this worker and they’re trying to hide the male manager from me 😂😅. But really this is extremely sad because I liked the food but the workers attitude and stealing money from customers and them protecting...
