It’s a shame we received such poor service by our server Serena B (only know her name by the bill brought by a guy server who actually checked on us while she sat behind the counter texting where guests could see her) because the food was excellent but it dampened our overall experience! We loved the decorations but our server Serena did not do a good job of making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Does she not care for tips? I would have loved to try more dishes, but we were simply being ignored by Serena. We had to constantly ask other servers for things even though there were two others tables dining at the time and we could see her standing in the back on her phone. She even ignored our requests for up charged items so she’s losing money for the establishment as well. It just turned what could have been a great experience, into a really sour one. Not quite sure I’ll be returning to this establishment. I came in from out of town and chose to dine here and was severely disappointed so if you’re here on vacation definitely choose somewhere else with better service and customer care! Chris our waiter and the blond young lady were fantastic. The food was fabulous and so was the service. The mollejas were crispy and delicious. Best I've had. The morcilla and empanadas ham and cheese were spectacular. The "churrasco" style steak was perfectly cooked and season and so was the steak sandwich. One thing about this place is the meat is seasoned perfectly. So delicious. The flan and arfajores. WOW. This is a jewel in Davie. Best Argentine in Broward. Honestly, I can't review the food because I wasnt even give an opportunity to possibly sit and eat. I came with a party of 8, upon entering no one bothered to acknowledge us. I stood inside for about 10 minutes before one of the waiters finally bothered to speak to me. The other waitress didn't even bother to make eye contact. The waiter then proceeds to tell me that he cant seat us since we dont have a reservation. Yes the restaurant was full, but we weren't even given the option of waiting for a table to free up.
