Atmosphere is the drive-thru and the problem is the way the sign is facing is if you are trying to order at the point where the speaker is placed you can't see the whole menu I'm sure that they went through enough obstacles trying to place it the way they did but it just really didn't work for me. A big plus was the customer service woman who actually blocked me through what it was that I needed because I couldn't see the value Cravings menu. She was also super pleasant when I paid and I think she's a big asset nearly everyone who works there has been very kind so that's the bonus. The downside also is it looks like they decreased the size of the pot pies but the price is even the same or greater same is true for the bowls smaller dish less food higher price for saying it doesn't make any difference you still giving less and I find this really disconcerting because you're not paying the people more I certainly cannot believe that you raised pricing and decreased the size so that you could pay these employees more that's what I admire about the folks working there is they're sucking it up and literally taking one for the team of customers who support the place so that should really...

As I pulled up to order they immediately told me hold on a minute before I spoke. 3 minutes later at 11:00 they’re ready for me to order. I order a t-17 meal, hash browns and ice coffee. Simple enough. As I pull up the tell me there’s no hash browns. “Oh never mind we have them but it’ll take 3 minutes.” Okay that’s fine. Guy tells me wait for iced coffee and pull forward and wait. He says it 3 separate times before he says just pull forward they’ll bring my drink with my food. 11:10 finally get my good, no drink, still the only car in the drive thru. Read moreDriving thru girl was great. That's the only positive. Being disabled I couldn't park up in disabled parking and go in. BECAUSE they he the drive thru customers park in the handicap and wait for their food. So they're drive thru wait time looks good. I will have Hollywood PD sit there and issue tickets IF NOT have ADA FILE SUIT AGAINST TACO BELL AND HOLLYWOOD PD. Won't be the first city they sued. And after waiting for food. I get home and no beef in the nachos belle grande. After I paid for extra. Just a huge clump of beans. Corporate wants you to fill out a form and wait for call back. That don't happen either.
