Let me just say it: Lost Seoul Saloon has become my reason to head up to Virginia City. I’ve been multiple times since they opened in December, and honey, it is my favorite new spot—hands down, no contest. First of all, the Kimchi Smash Burger? Life-changing. Spicy, juicy, messy in the best way. And don’t even get me started on the Kimchi Fried Rice—comfort food with a kick that hits just right every single time. I keep telling myself I’ll try something new, but when something’s this good, why mess with perfection? Actually—scratch that—I have tried new things, and guess what? They’re also incredible. The Edamame Potstickers are crispy little flavor bombs, and the Korean Fried Chicken Wings? Baby, they come with a full wardrobe of sauces to choose from. Sweet, spicy, tangy—it’s a whole experience. And if you’re a carb queen like me, don’t sleep on the fries. So many options, and every one of them is a hit. I’m partial to the Bang Bang Fries, but honestly, you can’t go wrong. Oh, and let me whisper this little secret: the Grilled Cheese Sandwich? Shockingly amazing. Like, who knew something so classic could feel this elevated? In short—make the trip. Whether you're a local or just craving something fresh and flavorful, Lost Seoul Saloon is worth every winding turn up the mountain. Virginia City just got a whole lot tastier.

Awesome little joint with a perfect patio for a quiet lunch. The staff (Royce) was great, and the Bang Bang fries were incredible! Also, what an awesome name for this restaurant!

After a long day doing business at a conference in VC, I found their beef teriyaki box to go to be pretty middling. My actual rating is 3.5 Protion size was decent, but it didn't grab my appetite. My companions also found their two chicken teriyaki boxes leaving a similar impression. We all agreed if we ever return to try one of their "spicy" entrees instead. It was a nice change from pizza, bbq, and Mexican cuisines, which seems ubiquitous in town. The food was cooked upon order; with good, friendly counter service from a single employee, who was...

Never have I ever felt more disrespected by the young male who has made it clear that he does not have, probably will not have, nor has ever had a kid. On August 25th at 1:50pm the man, who was distracted by the busted pipe, had taken a phone call halfway through ordering to talk to a friend about the situation. What baffles me is the fact that This restaurant has kids toys in the loft area and told my son and I to go sit down. We will never be coming back here again due to the disrespect he gave for a family...
