Best fxcking dive bar. Great atmosphere, not wheelchair accessible as the only entrances/ exits are STEEP stairs, just a fair warning. Also, if you are 6'4" and above you may want to come in from below, or duck if coming from street level or BONK. Cash only! They've got fun bar games to play if you're cool, and have a bra, bikini, or panties to part with in case you don't win the game ;) Also, this is Nevada so take it from a local- cigarette smoke is unavoidable in this bar, but just enjoy your brew outside if you are sensitive to cig smoke!
