Historic Sundance — Local services in Dayton

Absolutely horrid customer service by the owner of this store. Purchased a pair of boots for my daughter. Had sent her a text to see if she would like them and she texted back to say the weren’t her style. Text came in just 5 minutes after the purchase. Asked to return them. We’re shown a small sign by an area in the store I hadn’t seen which said “No returns.” I was not told their return policy when I purchased them even though I did tell the sales clerk I was from Boston and was trying to get in touch with my daughter via text to see if she would like them.

I was told I could return them for other merchandise but the boots were over $100 and nothing else in the store was worth that much money. Terribly cheap, chacki stuff throughout the store. The boots were the only thing worth purchasing in the place.

The owner wouldn’t have been out anything to return the boots I owned for 5 minutes. I feel cheated and amazed at the response...
