Angelo's Pizza House — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

I normally eat from Kings pizza if everything is closed but I seen Angelo’s menu and gave them a try before even reading their reviews . I ordered something and canceled it, reordered and they wasn’t sure if I did it on accident or was that the order I really wanted it so they just canceled it but the whole time I thought it was out for delivery being so I reordered on the website and gave me my total which was only $20. I finally read my emails saying the order was canceled and too call them basically so I let them know Yeah I canceled the first order but the second order was what I really wanted. So I reordered for the 3rd time which it was on the phone this time not too mention I ordered the same thing but was told my order was $26 because she rung up 2cheesecakes and 2 order of 10 wings which was 7.99 plus taxes and delivery fee which was a misunderstanding so then I had to wait a whole nother 1/2 and called 5-8 times for my current Order after they got it right. I finally started reading the reviews while waiting on them I ordered a philly cheese steak sub which was DRY ASF almost cold, 10 Wings honey bbq they were okay and still hot and I ordered a cheesecake which I I never got and what I really had a taste for . I’m happy I read the reviews cause it made me check my bag when the deliver arrived I told him straight up I’m checking my bag which the cheesecake was not in the bag but was on the receipt so he charged me $3 less which was $17. I will never order from here again no one was ever disrespectful to me and I ain’t disrespect them either BUT this service sucks and I would of retha spent 17-20 on something better that I enjoyed or Satisfied me other then waiting 2,3 hrs for pure bs they cooked with they...

Give a 1 isnt even good enough. There should be an option for NO stars. DO NOT order from here! I ordered thru grub hub at 8:10pm got a call that i missed at 8:22pm i returned the call at 8:36pm just to be told they wanted to let me know my driver would be here soon. Ok awesome ty. Driver calls says be here in 10 minutes which he was. And was very polite and nice. Start opening food and our garlic knots were pretty much burned, my husbands alfredo was cold my stuffed shells didnt even look good but i ordered choc cake and cheesecake and was sent 2 choc cakes. Well im ALLERGIC to chocolate and obviously cant eat it. I call the resturant and tell them what happened and he tried arguing with me saying someone called and i didnt answer. Once i told him i called BACK and the time him and the girl in the background start arguing and i told him she didnt even ask my name or order number so he asks her and shes in background yelling no i didnt. And he asks well what do u want me to do we dont have cheesecake. Point of it is im allergic to chocolate do refund the money for my dessert. He continues to argue with me and she continues to yell and asks what do u want me to do again i said refund my money and he asks well what about the rest of the food? What about it? Come get it idc and he says i dont have a driver. Well guess u better find someone to come and get it bc dog food tastes better then what u just sent me. I wasnt asking for a full refund but now yes cone get this and give me my money back and ill go to bed hungry bc now its 9:33pm and i have to be up at 4:30am for work! Employees were beyond rude and food...

This is by long and far my WORST pizza experience ever!!

These people had the gall to leave a menu under the door off my hotel. So I figured it would be a quick and easy matter to order a pizza from these guys, after all, they took the tinker to come to my room, right?

Wrong! I placed my order, paid in advance via credit card (bad mistake!), and was taken aback when i was told it would be 45 minutes. I had a bad feeling... One hour later, the pizza had not arrived. I called and was told the driver was on the way.

So i waited, and waited, and called again... And waited ("Driver's nearly there!"). The pizza finally arrived, TWO full hours later and done cold.

The driver's excuse was that he "had several driver's, and he was the only one working tonight".

Seriously!?

I called yet again to complain, and was told that "the manager would call me". I'm still waiting.

The worst thing is that after I referred the pizza in the oven it wasn't even particularly good. The pie was supposed to be "XLG", but it just about matched the Large size from other pizza joints. Flavor-wise it was about average, nothing even remotely worth the ridiculous wait and bad service.

I'd have been much, much better off going to the Publix across the street, buying a pizza kit and putting my own together at home. Heck, on those two hours I could have made my own good pizza from scratch!

In short, don't you be fooled and avoid this place...
