Kings Pizza — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

This is the WORST restaurant I've ever come in contact with! First bad experience, the driver forgot my soda and said she was going to come back and never did. Second bad experience was tonight, they told me when I called for delivery it would be about an hour and a half wait. Okay no problem. Well here I am three and a half hours later, still no food, got told multiple times my food was on the way and now they took the phone off the hook. I have never had customer service like this in my life. And also one of the times I called the owner started yelling at me saying there's a lot of traffic. Traffic? At 230am? Come on now. And again, here I am hungry and no food! Completely uncalled for.

UPDATE: I called the restaurant and got told they didn't have anything for my address after being told 3 times by 2 separate people my food was on its way. Proceeded to get hung up on 3 times. Not once was I rude to these people. I simply asked what happened and didn't get an answer. So here I am starving and now everything else is closed. Thanks a lot kings pizza, worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 30 years...

Made an order at 8:36pm. Called to check on where it was around 9:30pm, the woman who answered was absolutely awful! She was very rude, asked for my address, then proceeded to interrupt me while giving her the address. She claimed they had one driver tonight, if you cannot keep up with your orders in a timely manner, only take so many per hour. The food finally showed up at 10:30pm and was so cold it was hard && we were not paying for that. The establishment needs some serious management clean up. I will say that the two men who attempted to deliver the food were very respectful, && wanted to make it right though we offered them a tip && to just forget about it. They took the food and said they would be back with it in a timely manner. Keep those boys! Lose the lady who answers the phone because that attitude is enough to make me tell my family and friends whom frequent this area to avoid this place! The rudest place i have ever been to. I am uber driver and drove over an hour to Daytona and was hungry and needed to pee . The second I got there the git was blocking the door smoking a cigarette. I said excuse me and proceeded to view the menu he approached me asking what did I want (rude) I said I wanted to order some food . He said what! What is it you want tell me what. I was thrown . Immediately i got annoyed cause i was trying to figure that out there were alot of options and said I'm gonna go pee 1st, he said no you have to buy something 1st . Place your order then you can go pee . I told him forget it I will eat somewhere else and tha5 he was rude and unprofessional. I will never go there ever again.
