Let me tell you, she was 100% correct. The ENTIRE team that we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. So, shout out to the GM for putting together a Team that works like they are family. Shout out to the Team for embracing the tourist, where in a town like Daytona, it's easy to dismiss the here today, gone tomorrow customer. And a special shout out to Brandon, who greeted us (and EVERYONE who entered) and took his time to guide me through the extensive sunglass selection, explaining the brands, patiently opening each cabinet and happily showing me each one. A special thanks to Tina Montgomery, Madison Politis, and all (whose names I don't know) who assisted! I purchased in person (some months back from the Fort Lauderdale location while on vacation) an item from this store. A hoodie. Which was subsequently ruined by blueberries, of all things. Now. In my attempt to restore the hoodie, I only managed to make it worse. Shocker. Their website showed the inventory was no longer available, so I was out of luck Or was I? Read morehad such a horrible experience, me and my girlfriend were deciding on buying $600 worth of boards and the employee stated “oh you guys get a free leash or trackpad go get the most expensive one” and was very consistent on saying the leashes would be free. After being sold on getting $90 worth of leashes we go to check out and after swiping our credit cards they then state “well we can’t do the free leashes unless the owner says it’s okay” and proceed to try to call him and no answer. come to the conclusion after coming back the next day the best they say they can offer is 10% for the leashes and had attitudes and smart remarks towards the situation.
