I'm starting to question if it's the working class in Daytona Beach or if it's Daytona Beach itself I don't understand why you go to the register and question what's going on to deal with snobby individual around 6:00. We can make a joke of this and explain to that individual how I don't go to your job to take the register from you and tell you what I'm going to charge myself. But it's kind of unfortunate also short from ignorant when I'm asking when I'm being charged more for an item that was obviously signed less than what I asked. To Dan jump to the conclusion that I was concerned about being charged for a cup of water. When I try to correct him in regards to the 39 cents he insisted that it was a bright idea to say hey I got that out of my pocket you shouldn't have to worry about it in a facetious manner. I shouldn't have to say this I'm going to anyways, I make more in a day than what you would pay me at Wawa in a week. Please explain to your representatives why customer services is customer service and if you don't want the job there's plenty of others out there. Surely shouldn't be arguing for 39 cents when I just wanted to be in and out of the store and I questioned why are you charging me more. Also unnecessary I drove 30 minutes away stopped at the wobble on howland in Deltona which is 5 minutes from my house an amazing location by the way. Filled up my little truck and my wife's car and went to Daytona I spent over $150 in gas alone......... Please i highly stress to inform the individual who was working the register at the front of the building at 6:00 why customer service is important to...
Read moreTwice now I’ve ordered food and paid on the app, only to get there and be told they aren’t making food. I don’t understand why this Wawa can just decide they aren’t making food anymore for the night. The one on Mason a few minutes away has no problem keeping up with food orders and are twice as busy.
I get that the night shift isn’t great, truly. I work the night shift too. But you can’t just decide you aren’t going to do one aspect of your job because you don’t feel like it. If the folks up at Buc-ee’s can keep a level head with 100+ people on the store at all hours, and continue to make and serve food, I promise that this Wawa that is 8 people deep at its busiest can handle it. New...
Read moreI come to Daytona a lot and stay near this wawa and let me tell you that I’m very disappointed but from the comments here it looks like management doesn’t care much about it. The employees are so rude, they never have anything in stock and they won’t help you either. The ones on the cashier side are nicer I’m talking about the food section side. Tonight this worker gave me a nasty attitude because I asked her if the food that was on the side already made was mine. She has moved on to another customer and got an attitude because I asked her if that was my food, very nasty and unprofessional. Shame on you wawa cause I never had a problem in any other location...
