Arby's — Restaurant in Decatur

The waitress at the window was very nice and helpful, but eating here gave me the 2nd worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. I'm still recovering, it's been 4 days. This experience has decided for me that I will not only not be eating at this Arby's ever again, but any Arby's ever again.

I will be contacting whoever I can to give a health inspection immediately at this location, to protect those in this community who could really get hurt by this type of illness. I nearly had to go to the hospital. If I wanted to pay $9 to feel miserable for a few days, I'd just go get drunk at a conservative bar.

Please do better, folks. I know y'all aren't getting paid enough and that's a whole 'nother can of worms, you're overworked and underpaid. But you can really, really make someone sick by not adhering strictly to food safety protocols, and I'm, unfortunately, the...

Was working in Decatur today and doing tree work. Decided to stop at the local Arby's in town. Funny story my coworker has never ate there before so he enjoyed his first beef and cheddar and we got the two for seven with Arby's sauce. He asked what is that and I explained to him it's kind of like a tangy barbecue sauce but it's only good for roast beef sandwiches LOL good customer service clean bathrooms and we had a peaceful quiet lunch. Will stop there again in the future. The strawberry and cream pie they have new on the menu was amazing for a $1.83. so check those out before it take them off the menu I highly recommend! For anybody who hasn't been to Arby's you definitely must go and the one in Decatur is five stars for sure. If you're not an Arby's fan this place might change your mind cause their sandwiches...

This Arby’s is a complete disaster. The floors were so sticky it felt like walking across a movie theater after a kid’s birthday party. There was nobody else in the restaurant except employees, yet it still took over 20 minutes just to make a basic sandwich. No rush, no apology—just indifference.

This isn’t even the first bad experience. Last time I came, they forgot multiple items in my bag. When I politely asked if my food would still be warm after sitting out while they finished the rest of the order, an employee named Zaza decided to mouth off with a nasty attitude like I was the problem for expecting hot food. Totally unprofessional and rude.
