Update: I was recommended (by Jack's) to send my complaint to the website, so I did. After doing so, I received an email from a rep seemingly trying to make it right by offering a replacement and a coupon for something. So I agreed, and never got another reply (or the offerings previously mentioned.). Not sure what the point of even emailing me was, but FAIL.
Original: Not sure what goes on here in the mornings that makes this Jack's hit and miss, but it's good sometimes and bad others. I mostly get breakfast here; the sausage, eggs, biscuit, gravy and grits (which I always replace the grits for another egg.).
Most of the time the food is good, but other times it tastes funny, and makes me feel slightly weird afterwards. Specifically the gravy.
Many times my order isn't correct; where they don't swap the grits for another egg.
But this morning I received a plate that (combined with previous "what happened to that?" experiences.) makes me question going back. This morning my plate has a piece of sausage in it that looked like either an employee (I'm hoping.) got hungry and ate part of it, or a rat got a hold of it.
Either way I'm not happy about it, and too many questions are going on in my mind to return.
🤣🤣🤣 No I didn't eat it, I trashed the whole plate. 😡😡😡

Read moreABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.There was roaches infront of the bathroom,in the bathroom(womens) and there was a roach under one of the tables. Floors were nasty I will NEVER be back i’d rather drive a little further than come back here ever again. I know somebody that works there and they allow no breaks and you have to sneak and eat your food?? That is unbelievable this jacks needs to either have a new manager or be SHUT DOWN. And I mean every last bit of what I say and to make it even worse they get my order wrong every single time I come (I always get 2 chicken sandwich’s with mayo and fries) they always forget the mayo even though I ask after I order my food and before I even leave they say it’s already in there and my fries (if I even get some because they always “forget”) are always hard as a rock,undercooked,old,or overcooked. My chicken sandwich is always soggy i’m never bringing myself or family,friends,NOBODY here EVER again this place seriously needs to be shut down immediately. I forgot one thing the employees are very very rude everytime I come. I should have stopped coming here earlier than this but THIS IS MY LAST STRAW. Read moreI would give no stars if it would let me. My part of my order I had to change because they were out of ranch. Then I get to the window and after 3 workers are standing there talking and laughing they then remembered they don't have the ice cream for the shake that I ordered.
I had ordered my double cheeseburger plain. after I had left and driven a few blocks I realize that it was not plain, it had everything on it and mustard makes me physically sick.
I turned around and took it back told them that I needed a double cheeseburger plain. The lady at the window even inspected my receipt after she gave me my bag. I pulled off again to realize my cheeseburger is not a double it's a single, but at least it was plain this time.
This time the manager actually came to the window and asked what I needed and I told her. While I waited and was going off to my daughter that I was going to be late for my dentist appointment, everybody in the kitchen and the drive-thru workers are laughing because I was back again.
This was so unprofessional. It took over 20 minutes to get my order right finally. It was taking at least 5 minutes for cars to get through the drive-thru each.
I worked fast food in the past for 5 years and I never have seen employees treat customers that way. No one even bothered...
