Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Decatur

I would simply like to thank all of our loyal customers for their business. My wife, three children and I live here locally, we employ about 25 full time and part time people at our Decatur store who we consider extended family. I have worked for Jimmy John's since 2002, have personally been eating Jimmy John's sandwiches since 1990, and I LOVE our brand! It's fun, it's (honest to God) fresh, and for over a year now our Decatur store has scored a perfect 100% from the health department. We really care about each customer who comes in, and if you have ever had an experience that you feel was lackluster please let us know, because we truly want to make you happy! :-)

P.S. The delivery fee for 2 subs, 2 chips and 2 medium drinks is $1.79, not $10.00. :-)

"Honesty is the best policy."...

Every single Jimmy John's store countrywide has the rudest, most worthless employees working in it. I feel like I'm a horrible inconvenience to them every time I order. It's like some trendy, eye-rolling youth theme they're going for...I'm 27, guess I'm just too old to get it? I vowed to never go back a few years ago, but ended up going into this one in Decatur and STILL found the same garbage, greasy skater kids rolling their eyes at me and repeatedly messing up my extremely-easy yet ridiculously-expensive-for-what-it-is sub order, despite there being no one else eating/ordering in there. The subs are fine, eh whatever, but not worth staring into the glassy-eyed, stupid faces of their employees. I'll happily take my money somewhere else, where it's...

Well we were going to eat there for dinner and even called them at 8:30 to see what time they closed and the man on the phone said 10pm so we went there and when we got there the chairs were up and doors were lock and we got the about 9:20 pm. I have never been there and thought it would be good to try but never again and then the workers that were inside just looked at us. Also we tried to order online because we saw the delivery driver and we thought maybe the inside was closed and the just did takeout so we tried to call and they didn't answer and then we went up to the door and knocked and he said he was calling the police and we showed him we were trying to call him and he just said he was calling the police.. we left and we will...
