Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dedham

I work right down the street, so I would usually stop here in the mornings on my way to work. I stopped for a while because I drink black coffee, & every morning I would get coffee & have to throw it away & get coffee at the gas station because it was so bitter. I tried giving it a second chance. I went here this morning & ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese with no bread. I understand it's not that common, but I've ordered it at other Dunkins with no issue. The woman taking my order did not understand what I wanted, & had to have her co worker translate it for her so she could ring me up. Then, she translated it to the woman making the food. They handed me a sausage & cheese wake up wrap, with no egg. I explained to them that I wanted the egg, just no bread or wrap. Then they handed me a box with a piece of sausage & a piece of cheese in it. Again, no egg. After 3 attempts at making this, they finally handed me what I ordered. They didn't give me my coffee & I left in a rush, 15 minutes late for work. My sandwich order turned into a bad game of telephone between a bunch of people who couldn't understand me, or each other. I STILL ended up having to stop for coffee at the gas station because they didn't even give me my coffee & it took them 3 attempts to make my sandwich. I will never come here again. Thanks for...

I go this dunkins the majority of my week because it is close to my work. Most of the employees are nice except one. He was the only one not wearing a name tag. The majority of my interactions with him is that he has this attitude that he is better than everyone. He whips through the parking lot in his car that is usually from out of state. He will back up and whip around the corner going 30 not caring if he hits something . Then today is what inspired me to write this post. My coffee was being made and he goes how would you like your caramel large coffee keep in mind this is exactly what I had ordered so I thought maybe he was making my coffee. Nope . He responds with no I’m not talking to you and then clarifies he was talking to someone three people behind me completing missing the 2 poor girls who were waiting before them. Then he mumbles something rude and moves on to the next customer he is rude to. Honestly this guy doesn’t deserve to have a job working with customers if he can’t be nice. So I went to this location the other day and I was really excited to see that they have a Smore's flavor! This girl with long beautiful braids and gold beads in them looking like the queen that she is (really wish I got her name) made me the best ice coffee I've had in, I'm not even joking, like a year!!! I just moved to Florida so unfortunately I will not be able to frequent this location anymore! In all seriousness this girl needs a $5 raise. I worked for Dunkin' Donuts for 4 years so I'm very picky with my cup of joe because I know how it should taste. She needs to be out here traveling to all the dunkies and training people so everyone can get amazing coffee like I did. I know it seems small but she literally made my week! I know I won't get perfect coffee like that ever again in my life!

And she knows who she is because I called the store right after I drove away to tell her how good that coffee was, so if you see this show your manager and tell them you need $5 more dollars! Let me know if they don't...
