HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I rarely give negative reviews, however the experience we had at this place was nothing less than horrible. We got my 4 year old son some ice cream which tasted old and freezer brunt...I then went into the shop to get him a spoon...the lady helping customer so I helped myself to a spoon from thier counter and the employee proceeded to scold me in front of all the customers. She proceeded to tell me I can't serve myself and gave me huge attitude. A client in line turned to me and had a shocked expression on his face as well. Quality was horrible le and customer experience even worse. I'm taking my business down the street. The ice cream was far fresher and customer service was impeccable. Service sells....ice cream can be bought at every street corner.. if you don't like your job...work elsewhere !! If I could give less than one...

We were at this ice cream place this evening, my husband and I and my brother and his girlfriend. My husband came outside with his cone, sat down on one of their outside chairs and the chair immediately collapsed. Two men who were outside came and helped him up off the sidewalk right away. I was so thankful to them but they both hurried away, one of them carrying the chair down the sidewalk and around the building very quickly. No one asked how my husband was, they both disappeared. I then find out the one that carried the chair away so fast was the owner. I'm sure he was afraid of the liability so did not take the time to ask how my husband was, just was concerned with getting rid of the chair. Very shabby business. Very...

Midday and not open on a Monday. Closed by 9pm on Friday. Does anyone work here. Great ice cream in the past with better service then....but not now. Hiring is difficult, everyone can tell but when you can't hire, the owner needs to step up themselves. In the short time we were outside discussing this twice this weekend, each time more people were walking up expecting service. Check your own hours and alter them if you can't handle what it takes to...
