The past couple of times that I have gone to this particular location there has been an issue. After going while going through the drive-thru and arriving home I noticed that that I did not have what I ordered. When I looked for my receipt inside the bags I realized the manager didn’t give me a receipt. I called restaurant and asked to speak with the manager (Stacy). I explained that my order was incorrect and I had no way of knowing if I were charged for what I actually ordered because she did not give me a receipt. She preceded to tell me that I wasn’t charged for it because she was looking at the receipt and that’s not what I ordered because she was listening on the headset. Three points- 1. I know exactly what I ordered because repeated that portion of the order not once, not twice, but three times. 2. She should have given me a receipt. 3. She is unprofessional and flat out nasty! I asked for her name and right after I asked for her name I was put on hold. When she finally returned to the line, I requested the name and contact information for the district manager. She told me “I’m not giving you my district managers contact information.” After speaking with the customer care representative, I learned that at the very least, she was suppose to offer to forward my contact information on the district manager. To the owner of this franchise, I strongly suggest that you hire individuals that are capable of providing great customer service. During this pandemic all restaurants are desperate for business and can not afford to have unprofessional individuals such as Stacy impacting their revenue. As this pandemic and community spread continues to be uncontrolled it’s a very real possibility that you’ll be closing your doors soon. Read moreStopped here with the family on a Friday night. The place was trashed. All garbage receptacles were overflowing. There was food all over the floor. It was like going to an old movie theater where your feet stick to the floor. The bathroom had no towels. Both of the soda machines in the lobby were out of ice. I would have asked an employee for some ice but I didn’t want them touching my cups/food anymore than necessary. Employee comes up to the counter breathing heavily and says “I need my Oral Gel”. This person grabs a purse goes to this table puts on the medicine. They doesn’t wash her hands after coming back!! I had to wait for chicken nuggets but that’s ok they were busy. I noticed the kitchen floor was so dirty. Food scraps all over. The Oral Gel person grabs the chicken nuggets to put in the kids meal bag. She’s says oh you get an extra one for your wait. Long story short she hold the box a weird way and is full on touching this extra nugget with her bare hands. Thankfully it fell out in the bag so I grabbed it so it wasn’t eaten. It’s been 13 hours and so far no one has been sick. I will still be calling the health department to report the hand washing violation and the cleanliness. Read moreWe was there June 26,2025 around 2:30pm. We came up to the counter & the cashier walked up with a mouth full of food. We ate our food in the dining room & almost every table was dirty, there were stacks on dirty trays on almost all the trash cans at least a 100 in each stack. We were staying at a hotel not far & came back for breakfast the next morning. It was after you guys was open around 9:45-10, all the chairs was up on the tables and it looked like someone just poured water on the floor and pushed around with the mop. We asked if it was opened & was told yes. We came in & the manager slams some metal cup holder down there on the counter. She takes our order & goes on taking stuff apart to clean. It looked like they were doing the cleaning the closers should of done. She bags our food & sets it on the counter, don't say anything then turns her back to us to go back cleaning.
