This place is a joke! We first went here last year, waited for an hour, and no one ever took our order so we left. Fast forward to just a few weeks ago, we decided to give it another try. A group of 15 of us went to have dinner, drinks, and to listen to the band. Here’s all the things wrong with Ironwood: Service was terrible - took a long time to order drinks and our table was never cleared off so we had to pile the dirty dishes on an empty table near by The menu is misleading - cheese curds were spicy and nachos had nasty buffalo chicken - neither of which were in the description They need a bartender who knows how to make drinks and shots. We ordered lemon drop shots and it was like drinking rubbing alcohol with lemon juice. When I asked for new ones, the bartender made new ones but never said a word. Just took the glasses and made new ones. No apologies or basic customer service The most appalling of all - some in our group had additional charges added weeks later! How scary is it that this place can hold on to your credit card and charge you more because they don’t feel you tipped enough?! Lack of manager presence and adequate staffing - all of our bills were messed up. No manager was there to fix them. I didn’t have a tab open and opted to pay cash. When I went up to the bar to pay, the server said she charged it to my card. I told her that couldn’t be, I didn’t start a tab. I told her to reverse it so I could pay cash, and yet again, the response was she couldn’t do it because she’s not a manager. I was appalled that they charged someone else’s card! Luckily, it ended up being someone in our group so I could make it right
Ironwood needs to stop marketing events to locals when they don’t have adequate and competent staff. We will NEVER go here again and we are a group who likes to go out every week!
The sad thing is that this could be a great place if they made some...

I had fairly low expectations upon arrival but was pleasantly surprised at the appetizers which we had 3 good sized hand packed loose crab cakes. A touch spicy but still excellent. Jumbo cut fries which my wife does not like because they are too much potato, she loved and said spiced to perfection. The pretzel was so good, we adults barely got any. I had the meatloaf, a blend of chorizo and beef and it was super tastey. She had the French onion sliders, but wished she had gotten the hot honey chicken sandwich... Because the onions were excellent but the patty she wished was spiced more.
Service was a little slow because it wasn't packed but with a dozen or so folks there it was a lot for 1 person to tend bar, take orders, run food etc but it wasn't bad at all, they handled it well.
Definitely will go back. I still can't believe the...
Read moreI’m new to the area and recently discovered this gem. Ironwood Grill has events of all kinds; line dancing, taco Tuesday with karaoke, live music and more. The property is beautiful, well kept, and the restaurant is clean. What really stands out to me the most is their staff! They are the most welcoming and friendly people I’ve encountered. Misty the bartender always greets me with a smile, has taken the time to get to know me, and she makes me feel appreciated as a patron. She is attentive, hardworking, and service has been excellent. The menu has an array of choices, and their appetizers are huge! Everything I’ve ordered so far has been delicious! Thank you to the staff and especially to Misty for giving me a huge friendly...
