Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in DeKalb Township

I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill and had a great experience. The restaurant has a fast-casual setup which made it easy to order and get my food quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful in guiding me through the ordering process.

When it came to the food, I was impressed with the quality of ingredients used. The meats were cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. I also appreciated the variety of options available, such as different types of rice, beans and sauces to choose from.

I also liked the ability to customize my meal to suit my taste. I was able to choose the type of protein, level of spiciness, and toppings, which made the meal more enjoyable.

Went in for dinner, was waiting in line for 20 minutes as they were doing online orders before addressing the people in line. That wasn't a big deal though. The problem is I got everything on my burrito and when I get to the guac they were out. Call me picky or whatever but I really don't enjoy Chipotle without the guac, it's average at best without it. I always get guac on my burrito. No idea why they didn't have any guac, out of avocados or the chef just wasn't making anymore? Would have been nice if they let the people in line know ahead of time there wasn't any guac. From now on if I go in or order guess I'll have to go out of my way to ask if they have any because apparently the workers there and the manager don't think it's important to mention to their customers waiting in line they're out of guac... at least put a sign on the door or have the person taking orders mention it before they even start your...

Me and my boyfriend went around 9:20, I know that they are getting ready to close so there are different things that have to be tended to so we had patience. After 5 minutes of waiting I kindly said, “Excuse me, do you know when someone would be able to help us?” The worker the looked at me with the nastiest expression and told me in a condescending tone when she was done. That didn’t answer my question so i proceeded to ask her whilst still being kind how long would it be. She answered again with a nasty attitude telling me she didn’t know. I felt very uncomfortable because I have never met this worker a day in my life and to be treated with such dismay was surprising. Me and my boyfriend walked out of the restaurant and went to another restaurant because I refuse to spend my money in an establishment where we aren’t respected.
