This is operationally the worst McDonald's I have been to. It is chronically understaffed and ill-kempt. The employees are really trying and they're nice so I don't blame them at all but there needs to be approximately double the number of employees at any given time.
The drive through is always around the building and the line in the lobby is always at the door. There is only ever one order taker at the till and they frequently have to move away to perform other duties, causing a massive backup. You can expect a minimum wait of twenty minutes, often forty or more from time of entry to time of service.
There is never ketchup in the dispensers and the tables and floors never swept. The employees are not even able to keep up with the volume of traffic so no wonder they never get the opportunity to maintain the store. It's not their fault, there's just not enough of them to possibly be able to do the job. Again, I think there needs to be about a dozen people working here to handle the volume of traffic and I've never seen more than six. Management has just been complacent I guess.
Quality of food is fine for what you expect of McDonald's. They've got product consistency down, they just need to seriously overhaul their operational procedures and hire more people.
TLDR go to the Burger King that's a stone's throw...
Read moreSo I know it's about a bit to late. I did posted a picture actually two of them Of the manager in charge. My wife and I are a big fan of McDonald's we love it. Anyway we moved back to dekalb and we ended up being hungry and thirsty so we went out for a late snack. My wife gets at the counter and a manager told her this. I'm sorry I am busy can you go to the kiosk and place your order. No please thank you nothing. First of let's get something straight since when are we to busy with one on one interaction??? Since when are we to busy to take customers orders. I am sorry but we are just as important as the person in the car at drive thru. Yes there are rules that they have to listen too however it got so bad that we have to be ignored or get told what we did that is not right. I am sorry if it wasn't for us who like to come inside or drive thru there would not be a McDonald's. And we went to the one up the street by the same franchise and everything and we told the manager and said nothing but we'll drive thru is important what can we do. McDonald's is not what it use to be. McDonald's was a friendly environment where you took your family too and have fun. Even the adults had fun and now there are employees there that don't want to be there half the time because work is so stressful and they take it out...

Terrible customer service and lack of care for customer happiness or the making of their food one of the worse McDonaldâs experiences I have ever...
