Crumbl Cookies Pumpkin Caramel Cake: Crumbl's official description for today's cookie is " A warm and fluffy pumpkin cookie, topped with a swirl of smooth caramel cream cheese frosting and a soft sprinkling of pumpkin cookie crumbs." As the "cake" in the name denotes, the texture of this cookie is uncharacteristically light and fluffy. The fluffiness is primarily at the periphery as towards the center it was still dense, thick, and chewy. Pumpkin can be hit or miss, but Crumbl nailed the flavor with this one. Both the aroma and taste is a sweet and powerful pumpkin with just the right amount of spice (not burning). No surprises with the as usual intensely sweet cream cheese frosting as it's once again fantastic. I ate this at both room temp and heated. While both modes were enjoyable, I have to say that heating the cookie seemed to bring out more of the pumpkin flavor. My only minor complaints are the pumpkin cookie crumbs are purely for aesthetics and I couldn't detect any caramel flavor. I would advise Crumbl to add an actual caramel drizzle or just call this a Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookie. This is a perfect cookie for autumn and is Doughboy approved. Just wanted to share my recent experience with crumbl as I am very disappointed and will not be going to crumbl in the near future. A couple coworkers and I ordered crumbl to our place of employment through the app and they were to be delivered by crumbl. I received a text asking where to drop the cookies and I explained where they should be dropped off. I have ordered to this location before and have never had any issues. This time around the cookies were never delivered. Not only were we all looking forward to these cookies and never got them but I am out money for something I never got. I searched the entire facility after they said they were delivered and never found. We also tried texting and calling back the number and no response. Very unpleasant experience and would not recommend the crumbl in Delafield. I called and left a message to try and get to the bottom of this situation or get refunded or just to get an answer but nope nothing. Still haven’t heard back. So if you don’t want your cookies getting stolen I would suggest you go into the store and not use the delivery option on...

The stores themselves can be a little chaotic and overwhelming to visit and the curbside pick-up is confusing as well when they only have 2 stalls for this purpose. Despite these two things, all the chaos and confusion in the world is worth the taste of a Crumbl cookie. There is simply nothing like them and the rotation of cookies leaves something to the imagination every week. If you’re a fan of their cookies and not already following them on Instagram- do yourself a favor and go slam that follow button immediately. I look forward to the “flavor drop” video every week!
