I have spent hours trying to contact the store about a surround sound I bought only to sit on hold for up to 35 minutes at a time. This isn’t the first time I had a problem with this location. They tried charging my credit card for a service I never ordered 3 straight years. When I disputed the transaction with my credit card company they started trying to respond but never sent in the required responses.
