20231206 I wanted some keylime pies from FL since I read so much about keyline pies in FL. This is the only keylime pie shop that was on my route. I'm so glad that it was because I had a great shopping experience. Tina was great. She was so helpful and yet left me alone while I shop, which I preferred. Tina answered all my questions, and if she happened to have an open bag of something I asked about, she gave me a sample. I didn't know this is an outlet store, which means discounted prices! 🥳 I got a bag of keyline snaps, a bag of white chocolate chip keyline cookies that has a nice keyline aroma with a mild keyline flavor, 2 boxes of keyline taffy, 1 chocolate covered keyline pie that was amazing!!, a slice of keylime pie and a slice of coconut keyline pie. The outlet prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend stopping here if you are looking for keyline items... sauces, jam, candy, peanuts, cookies, salsa, soap, lipbalm, honey, etc... the keyline peanuts were a bit too salty for me. This shop is so clean, and they even have restrooms for customers....

We recently had the pleasure of speaking with Tina, in the DeLand store and we truly connected. Their assortment of products is fantastic, and we successfully traveled with them to Atlanta and even thousands of miles away to Vancouver, Canada. As a longtime fan of key lime pie—especially Kermit’s version—I was thrilled to visit their production facility where everything is exceptionally fresh.

The staff is incredibly down-to-earth and offered me some deals, even though they didn’t have to—what amazing customer service! Having tried key lime pie from all over the world, I can confidently say theirs is the absolute best. The lime juice they use is outstanding and makes a noticeable difference in flavor.

Do prefer natural heavy cream for garnishing; They use a formulated whipped cream on the pie, likely to preserve it during storage and transport since natural cream doesn’t last as long.

Overall, the pie was excellent, and the entire experience was wonderful!

It’s not WHAT you say but the WAY you say it! I live in Key West (the source lol) and had placed an order through the online store in Deland that was headed to my mom in NC. I would just like to take a moment and say that one of their managers, Tina Moore, exemplified QUALITY customer service skills! My original order went MIA ($#!+ happens- FedEx🤪) I digress… I called in the hopes of just receiving a refund. (This was our ‘trial run’ for trying to send an order overnight and I was honestly just DONE when it didn’t arrive!) Tina went above and beyond, exceeding all expectations that I may have had! Her response and handling of what could have been the end of a customer…. somehow magically actually turned me into a customer for life! Not only was my refund handled and credited, BUT unbeknownst to me, she actually went that extra step and had a brand NEW Key Lime Pie at Mom’s door the next morning!!!! ❤️ Who does that!?!
