Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Delaware

This was my first time to this location, and sadly will be my last. The location appeard to be well kepted and clean, but the attitude of the staff can use a revamp. Some much-needed additional training in customer service is a start. When I approached the counter and placed my order the gentleman seemed annoyed that I was there. I ordered a regular pretzel and a hot dog pretzel. He tossed my order on the counter and nearly slid off onto the floor. I still politely thanked him and told him to have a nice day.. Surprisingly no response, but as I was walking away a women thanked me from the back of the store. When inspecting the food the pretzel was good, but the hot dog pretzel was not appealing or appetizing. I know it's hard for businesses these days to keep staff who actually want towork, but a little love...

Sorry to say but I will no longer be able to return. The pretzels were a quarter of the thickness they used to be I waited for a fresh raisin bagel and it broke the guy that made it told the lady to pretend it broke in the bag. I replied I heard that and my husband won't except it. I waited for a new one and it fell apart too I say it and asked them if it broke she insured me it was fine. Instant if saying anything I just left when my husband saw it we both agree with won't be back. There was one guy there that was great and offered to give me a drink he should have been manager because he was the only one who cares about his store I could tell it bothered him the way everyone else behaved. Well this was the last time I will patronize this business. Apparently it was bought out by foreigners. You would THINK that at 5pm when people are coming in after work and are out shopping that you would have a good selection on hand. But nooooo. Plain pretzels, one pretzel dogs, and one sweet almond was all they had. No longer do they have the sour cream and onion or garlic flavors. No pepperoni. No raisin, no jalapeño. And the store was empty. They didn't even have mustard out. So I ended up getting one pretzel dog, one almond and one cup of cheese, cost me over $10!!!! Highway robbery.
