I've been a fan of choffey's ever since it opened. This family owned atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I am able to relax, read, and drink in peace here.

They are always thinking of the environment with every cup. They even put coffee grounds in a container out back to use as fertilizer. (I believe you can ask to use some).

There are many kinds of teas that they are able to prepare. I myself have yet to try them all. Each tea that I have tried has been of good quality.

The chocolates are from another family owned company and are deliciously prepared with different themes throughout the year.

Stumbled upon this spot while waiting on a friend and I’m so incredibly glad I did! Atmosphere is incredibly cozy and the two people working were both very warm and kind - it was seemingly contagious because everyone in here seemed to be having a wonderful time catching up with loved ones. Stopped last evening at 5:30 as I thought they closed at 6pm...wrong! HOWEVER, they let us in to purchase coffee beans as they were still cleaning up. Unbelievably Friendly! Made us feel welcome and comfortable even though we were keeping them from going home. We said we would come back tomorrow but insisted we come in.
