This was by far the worst location I have ever dealt with. I normally order from the Polly Drummond Hill Rd store, but since this one was closer I decided to give it a try, and that was a HUGE mistake.
I ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza and a classic garden salad. The pizza was just okay, but the salad was absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was wilted, brown, and completely inedible. I took it back, and the person who handed me the order (who I assume was the manager) refused at first to refund just the salad. Instead, he insisted on replacing it but the second salad though better looking was just as bad, with mushy, slimy onions.
When I asked for just the salad to be refunded, he flat-out told me it was impossible and that the ONLY way I could get a refund was if I returned the entire order, including the pizza. The problem was my kids were already in the car eating the pizza! I explained that to him, but he still insisted. So, I had no choice but to pull the pizza away from my children, bring back what they were eating, and return it just to get my money back.
This was not only an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience, but also a huge inconvenience for my family. My kids were upset because they had to stop eating so I could bring the pizza back for a refund.
The way this situation was handled was beyond disappointing. Horrible food quality, zero customer service, and a complete lack of common sense or care for the customer experience. I will never order from this...
Read moreI hate to do it, but at least for the moment I have to give Domino's 1 star. This is the second time we've ordered from them and it took well over an hour and a half to get the pizza. Heck, this last order it took more than hour for them to make the pizza. Then an hour and a half to deliver it.
If their time estimate on the website was accurate I wouldn't have a problem. But both times the website showed 45-50 minute wait times. I think they've got that set as the maximum, something I really really hate. Lying to your customers about how busy you are might get an extra order or two right then but it's going to cost you customers in the long run.
Domino's "we'll make it right" doesn't really amount to much either. You can get a free pizza for the issue but you limited to a basic pizza (or 20% a pizza) and the offer expires after 30 days. If you don't order frequently it won't do you much good.
I understand it's difficult to get drivers and staff right now--I understand that they're very busy and I don't blame the employees at the shop. They've always been very apologetic and as helpful as they can be. I blame the management that thinks lying to their customers about estimated delivery times is a better choice than showing 1.5 - 2 hr...
Read moreIf you haven't ordered here before, do yourself and your company a favor and just don't. Let me let you all in a little story. I made the sorry mistake of doing this a while ago, which turned into the worst absolute fiasco imaginable.
I ordered one large pizza for delivery. That's it. Im only 5 minutes away from this place. They said it should be there ~20 minutes. Sounds good! That time goes by. 10 more minutes go by. Where's the food? Call the store. "Oh they will be there shortly we are a little backed up" No problems here. Still a good night so far. Another 20 minutes go by. Called them. Any update? " No they haven't left yet".
What the heck? So I tell them Id just come there to make it easier. Lady on the phone said ok if that's what you want to do. That's what I wanted to do.
Here's the kicker here. I get there, walk in, and guess what. They haven't even made the food yet. Are you actually kidding me? What kind of pizza joint is this?? Dominoes are you pulling my leg right now??" Lol. So yeah do NOT go here. And let me tell you this happened to me at this...
