This place is my new favorite vape store! Not only is the store very clean and organized but the staff is AMAZING! Ashley especially! She has went above and beyond her job to make sure I’ve gotten the best customer experience! She’s very knowledgeable not only on the actual mods but the juices as well! This lady may have literally saved my life! I went to a vape store previously and had told the employee I was deathly allergic to strawberry, and asked him to tell me the vapes that did not have strawberry in them, well needless to say I told Ashley about my juice and she had, thank god, caught that it was actually made with strawberry…ended up getting a good juice from her and every time I’ve been in since she remembers my allergy and WILL NOT let me even close to anything containing strawberry!!...

Prices have skyrocketed without any notice or explanation. What used to be reasonable has turned into blatant price gouging — higher fees across the board and surprise charges that were never communicated before purchasing.

It’s extremely frustrating to find out about price increases after the fact instead of being informed upfront. Transparency and honesty go a long way in earning customer trust, but unfortunately, that seems to be lacking here now. I can understand some increases due to inflation, but the amount and lack of communication make it feel unfair and deceptive.

Until pricing becomes more transparent and reasonable, I won’t be returning or recommending...

My first time there and the facility was incredible in its setup and cleanliness. The female staff member, which I didn't get her name, went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for even going as far as calling her boss to ask a question. Although this was the only shop in delaware that had exactly what I was looking for, the price point was almost $20 more even with a $10 off coupon than I had found it in Columbus and the internet, fees and shipping included. Don't let that discourage you from stopping in because there is enough there for everybody and then some. I will stop back by in the near future. Thanks for a great...
