McDonald's — Restaurant in Delaware

This has to be the worst McDonald's in Columbus. The service is horrifically slow, often taking over 20 minutes for a single meal and any manager you speak with is rude and condescending. All the other reviews speaking about wait times, poor food quality, incorrect orders etc are accurate. I've been here when I'm literally the only customer and it will still take 20 to 30min to get a single meal. Today I placed my order ahead on the app, arrived at 637pm and was told to park like always. 645, no food. I go in and there's at least 5 other groups waiting for food. Took until just after 7pm before I finally got my order which was a couple happy meals and a couple adult meals. Go figure the orders were wrong which took even more time to correct. All the while I observe, like usual, employees sitting around, playing around and managers egging them on rather than actually making food.

Totally unacceptable. No one expects Michelin star service at McDonald's but seriously nearly 30min for a handful of meals when it's a typical level of...

I’ve had multiple issues now with this location. Daytime doesn’t know what hot fries or nuggets are. And third shift. Messed up your order. Today I stopped by on 3rd shift. Ordered a bacon quarter pounder and didn’t even get bacon on it and I asked for mayo but they drowned the burger in it and for extra pickles I only got two on the sandwich. Haven’t tried them for breakfast but at this point I won’t be back to this location. If it’s late night I’ll make the special trip to the one on 23 in Lewis Center that’s 24 hours. Very disappointed to be over charged for a sloppy made quater pounder. My mcchickens were add extra pickles and mustard, no mustard and one pickle per sandwich. Not to mention they didn’t fill my drink cup and my no salt fries were rubbery. With it being 1am and I was one of two customers. I tried the Chicken Big Mac bc it just looks so delish. Let down 😔. First, people were great! Polite and very pleasant. The sandwich not so great. It only had big mac sauce on one half. Not mad, these kids are new. But the sauce side was ok. Tasted like big Mac sauce, not chicken. When I got to the part of the sandwich without sauce it was a total bummer. Dry, like hard to swallow old biscuit dry. The chicken was dry and not very flavorful to be honest. Looks and tastes just like a chicken nugget without being juicy. It was difficult eating the sandwich too bc the the chicken was so firm and when you had to tug a bite, the bun and lettuce and pickles basically had a melt down. I'm not mad, It was under 10 bucks. I just won't buy it again. I will stay loyal to the original Big Mac. P.S. why did 4 nuggets...
