Online order at 11:30p for 11:57p.m. pick up, had to be the last of the night. Arrived on time to a completely dark complex w/ lights off, employees cleaning, pulled to door for inside pick up(per instructions). They suddenly switch ALL the lights on(think movie scene criminal in pitch black getting caught when flood lights illuminate an entire compound) now illuminating massive area at busy intersection.(*Obviously raising suspicion to parked police nearby who's curiosity subsequently leads to me being watched for the next 15mins while I go get gas& sit in another drive thru for a pick up order.) Employee meets us at door feeling rushed. I pulled to drive thru to inquire about my sauces and was told they was in the box. I DIDN'T WANT 8 CANES SAUCE. But they was already in my bag so I had to use my card to buy 3honey mustard at .35ea. This was a $52 order. Loaded with tasteless soggy fries, and DRY CHICKEN!!!! Needless to say I'M EXTREMELY UNHAPPY esp. since I drove 22miles for what I expected to be "Raising Canes" standard quality. Never have I encountered a dry Canes tender or less than stellar employee interaction. From LasVegas to Columbus to Delaware. Never, until last night.. Disappointing to...
Read moreRaising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a chicken lover's paradise that never fails to deliver on flavor and freshness. From the moment you step in, the inviting aroma of their signature chicken fingers sets the stage for a mouthwatering experience.
The simplicity of the menu is a strength – focusing on chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, and their irresistible Cane's sauce. The dedication to quality is evident in every bite, with the chicken fingers consistently golden, crispy, and juicy.
I always make sure to get an extra canes sauce and just completely cover my chicken strips until they cannot hold any more sauce.
The staff is friendly, efficient, and ensures that your order is served promptly. The drive-through experience is equally impressive, providing a quick and convenient option for those on the go.
Raising Cane's commitment to a limited menu allows them to perfect their craft, resulting in a consistently delicious dining experience. If you're a fan of perfectly seasoned chicken fingers, Raising Cane's in Delaware is a must-visit. Five stars...
Read moreNot sure what is going on with Cane's as of late; we have had bad quality last 3 times we have gone. 1st time I chalked it up to its during a pandemic and I can let it slide. So instead of going once a week we went to once a month. So about 3 weeks later we tried again here near the house. Waited in the drive through and got our $37 order. Got home 5 mins away and our chicken was not freshly prepared. They were actually half hard and dried up. Fries were still hot, but not our chicken. Then last night we tried again. Drive thru line went quickly for the most part. Got our same order as always. The chicken is just not what it used to be before all the Covid issues. It really stinks to write this review, because we did love Cane's and we keep hoping that it will be good again. I used to eat 2 tenders and snack on my others the rest of night and even next day. Its so dry now you can't do it. Hoping they see this feedback and do sonething about the quality. Hoping and praying that our Cane's...
