Just visited this location (unfortunately) & I left wishing I would have went to any of the other locations in town. The "sandwhich artist" , covered in tattoos and lacking a name tag,with the crappiest attitude, Kodey (got from my receipt) , was as RUDE as could be from the moment I entered the empty restaurant. I guess when I arrived I was quite a bother to him because he was hanging outside with his buddies (who wasn't employees) smoking & he had to leave his little party to come in and make 3 footlong subs for me. As soon as I told him the 3 different bread types thats when it started. He threw the bread half-way across the counter INTO the ingredient (2nd sub landed deep into the Sweet Onion Chicken meat,yum! Not) and he was just going to continue making my sons sub regardless of the fact that he wasnt wanting his sub bread dipped in chicken teriyaki meat (he was getting a cold cut combo) But...then I asked if he could use a different bread,since his attitude is the reason it was messed up from the get-go. I wasnt even rude about it,just simply asked if it could be changed out. He didnt like that apparently. Continuing on from that point,the entire order was him having a fit that I was even there ordering food and bothering him. I got some of it recorded on my phone once I realized he had a really bad attitude and was acting as if he was held there against his will and forced to make my subs. Then when it came time to pay, I stood there at the cash register holding my bright yellow Subway rewards card and once I was told the total,he had seen I had a $20 in my hand and went ahead and entered it into the register without even being handed the payment. So,when I did hand him the cash and my rewards card,he simply didnt even use it and handed it back,so I assumed I would swipe it myself. But...no...sadly he didnt even care. Then when I asked to redo the order so I could use my rewards card,since I wasnt even asked or offered,he said "no". Not a reason...not a "sorry i cant" just a "no". Wow! Thanks Kodey! I would really encourage anyone reading this to go to ANY OTHER Subway in town. This location has never been the best but definitely is now my least favorite. Seen on other reviews this Kodey guy has quite the crappy reputation. When he saw us coming up he rushed in and put his gloves on his unwashed hand. He stood there without expression or greeting. He looked very bothered and I apologized for interrupting his break. Without any emotion or response he had his back turned to me and said. What bread. I replied honey oat. He said We don't have that. The options weren't listed so I asked : What choices do you have? With his back to me he mumbled some options I did not hear. Since I didn't hear him I opted to look at the sandwiches available. He mumbled something else I did not understand. I asked him for his name twice. He told me his name was Cody. I was getting upset with his attitude and asked him why he was being so rude? He said he wasn't being rude. I told him he was having a bad attitude and also didn't bother to wash his hands. He told me me that he didn't have to because he was smoking a vape. I asked him for a manager and he told me that there wasn't one. The whole time he had his back to me He started taking his gloves back off. My husband was coming from restroom and saw how upset I was.He asked what was wrong. I told him that he was being extremely rude and that I lost my appetite. He scurried to the back and we left. Read moreManager on duty was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had placed an order last night and an error was made on 3 out of 4 of my subs. I did not ask for any monetary reimbursement or even to replace all of my order. I simply asked if there was any way to correct at least one of the sandwiches. I was rudely told there is no way that a mistake could have been made because the compture tells staff the correct count that goes on the sandwich so it would be correct and went on to say she would then review footage.
