Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Delaware

Tim Hortons is easily one of my favorite places to get breakfast. When the new holiday menus came out I immediately went. I ordered a Ginger bread Chai Latte and it was the best drink I have ever had so I went back for another. The second time i went they gave me the tea bags, it wasn’t what I ordered at all! So I thought maybe I made the mistake and said the wrong thing, so I went again. The third time I went they gave me a coffee latte with gingerbread even though I made sure to clarify that I wanted a chai latte. The drink I wanted is so good so I kept going because I thought maybe it was a one time mistake. Today I went and it’s the last time I will ever being going because once again, they gave me the coffee instead Of the tea I asked for. Before I drove off, I told them that they gave me coffee and I tried to explain that the Gingerbread Chai latte is on the menu and I’ve had it before. Not sure what is happening, but you should know your menu and how to make the things on it. I will Not be back to...

Another disappointing Tim Horton's... I live nearby so have stopped in here a few times. I don't think they have gotten my order right once. Multiple times have given me egg even after I've made it a point to say "No egg". Another time I decided to make it simple and order a black coffee and bagel with cream cheese... they literally gave me a dry bagel with nothing on it. This morning I asked for a coffee with cream, they gave me a coffee with cream and sugar. I'm tired of wasting my money on food I can't/ don't want to eat. The only positive thing about this location is that the employees have always been friendly. Never the less, I think I'll just keep driving down the road to TH in Lewis Center or spend the extra money and go...

Don't ask them any questions in the drive thru about coupons. They will rip your head off about it. 😆 The lady running the drive thru yelled at me, completely unprofessional. I just simply asked if a coupon covered a specific item and when she said no, which was totally fine, i just mentioned another store let me use this same coupon on the item in question. I got up to the window and here she comes, trying to correct me over the question, and saying the other store should be in trouble over this yada yada. And i had to calmly explain to her that it isnt my problem about the other store, i dont work at tim hortons, and i dont need to know all this extra information i definitely will not be returning to this...
