Whit's Frozen Custard of Delaware — Restaurant in Delaware

Every time my husband And I have been here, they always get our order wrong. 1st it was their special, a sandwich with chips and a small whister. He asked for the spicy chicken sandwich, and the two girls working there only gave him a regular chicken sandwich. We brought it up to them and they said that it was a spicy sandwich, even though there was no red in it at all. We then asked for extra spicy sauce to put on top. They looked everywhere and said that they were out of it. Instead of telling us the truth and saying they were out of the spicy chicken, they lied to us.

2nd. I will either get the fish bait or the other one like it that has Cookie dough bites on it, and I will ask for the happy Sunday on top of it. Every single time I ask for this they forget the whipped cream or they forget the eyes or they forget the sprinkles. It's quite annoying every single time to have to ask them to fix it.

After those experiences, my husband and I just decided to get the witties because it was less of a hassle for us and for the staff. The only reason why I keep going here is because of the witties.

I have given them multiple chances, and this was the last straw. Today I ordered the fish bait and I specifically told the lady that I wanted the whipped cream with sprinkles and the eyes like the child's Sunday, and here I was without whipped cream. I asked them to put on whippedd cream, and they did. But she did a very bad job and only put on a little bit. I understand that they were busy, but I am a paying customer and should get what I pay for. It was Sunday the 15th that I was here.

I understand with covid that staffing is hard, but until you can actually get people who know what they were doing you should consider firing these two girls or at least the one with blonde hair and blue eyes because she is always the one making...

We came in an hour and a half before closing. There was no more special of the day ice cream. There was also no chocolate ice cream. We have been told that they had courted up that ice cream already for the day. Extremely disappointing. But what was most disappointing is that I ordered mint and chocolate ice cream they've been serve me a giant thing of ice cream a sample bite was taken and it was noticed there was no chocolate. I gave it to them and said I'd like my chocolate ice cream they told me that there wasn't any chocolate and that they couldn't take it back cuz I had taken a bite. I had planned a year of dates ahead of time for my husband and I. One of them was for Whit's Frozen Custard. My husband and I don't eat processed sugar so I thought their No Sugar Added would be a great option for us. I was not disappointed. I emailed to get pricing so I would know how much of a gift card to buy. They went above and beyond. Told me to let them know a couple of days before we were ready to come in. They made us a fresh batch and had it ready exactly when we asked for it. I would recommend their service to anyone.
