Logan's Roadhouse — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

I want to discuss customer service. My indifference doesn't concern my main waitress. A secondary waitress was summoned to help the main waitress. The secondary waitress was led by emotion. The main waitress misheard my wife on type of boneless wings. The wings should have been BBQ. They were covered in buffalo sauce. My wife cannot have the spice, it causes side effects medically. However I love hot sauce. When the secondary waitress approached she abruptly grabbed the plate made a comment and quickly walked away. I was actually eating the wings and was going to pay for them along with BBQ wings. I was not offered the option since I actually was eating them as the waitresses approached. The second waiteress was going to show me and my wife. Attitude and displeasure was shown that caused a degree of alarm and uncomfortableness. My typical experience was ruined. 10/12/2023 is my wedding anniversary. I chose to share that with your establishment because my wife holds Logan's Roadhouse in high regards. I am not looking for sorry or a discount. I work for a Criminal Justice agency. This type of behavior cannot be apologized for when the intent is evident and purposeful. I did not address this because of the unwritten rule of criticizing those that prepare your meal. It is apparent that customer service has taken a drastic slide down. The mere compassion to make your customer smile. Many years ago working in the customer service industry I would ask my customer how I can put a smile on your face and bring you back. I would take the tongue lashing, stand fast, and make absolutely sure the customer is always right. These visions and values are slim to none. As I said I'm not looking for passification, apologies or monetary discounts. I am a big tipper I want great service. If I am unable to receive, you will or have lost a great customer. Thanks...

So I got the grilled meatloaf it comes with two sides and mashed potatoes underneath the meatloaf I got it to go I got one of my sides more mashed potatoes right and then I got French fries so I can eat there with my friends because I had already ate an earlier and I wasn't that hungry sent back to Fry's cuz they were horrible and they tasted like maybe they had been sitting around for a while and they just kind of reheated them up I don't know but I said hey can I switch these out for some broccoli to go and a little waitress said sure and that was after me and my friends trying to get her attention several times you know and it was like she just didn't hear us or didn't want to hear us anyways is she comes back with our checks and all that is there anything else I said yeah you know can I get my broccoli to go oh yeah they're still working on it it's like it doesn't take that long to make broccoli so when she does come back with it it's in a bowl and I had said twice you know to go so she brings me a to-go container finally and this broccoli just reaked like like really bad cabbage or something I don't know and I thought well it doesn't look bad so whatever so when I get home there's two pieces of meatloaf and sauteed mushrooms and onions and I'm going to say about two tablespoons of mashed potatoes underneath it I was like really so it's a good thing I ordered as one of my sides mashed potatoes because at least I got that. broccoli I threw out because I had my truck smelling so bad I wasn't about to eat it so long story short it was gross it wasn't put together well and the service was ignoring basically and that's only word I can come up with she just ignored us half the time and for the amount of money they're charging I will not be back and neither one of my friends because their food wasn't as...

I do not even know where to begin. My husband and I went out for a date night dinner on Sunday which is something we haven't done since the lockdown had begun. We were pretty hungry and just happy to be out. We get there and we're told that there was a 40 minute wait but yet the dining area was practically empty, we waited anyway and it did take 40 minutes. We did enjoy our dinner rolls and the Crab cake appetizer once we finally got them. Refills on your drinks are nonexistent. I ordered a burger, well done, and boy oh boy was it well done. So well done that I call it burned and chared. It was unedible. The 6 or 7 waffle fries were cold and that was just my dinner. My husband ordered a steak that was ALL fat, it had no flavor, they didn't add the mushrooms he ordered. His Mac-n-Cheese was cold 🥶, refrigerator cold. Once our server gave us our food, we never saw her again. First I had to go up to the hostess for our silverware and napkins. Then I had to go up to get refills that I waited there for because I didn't want to wait all night for them. And then, get this, I had to go up for our check after we asked a server for it that never came back and had to wait for it up at the counter. Needless to say, we had a horrible meal, no service and just a horrible experience all the way around. Definitely will never be back !!! They made us feel as if we were a pain in their butt :( I gave one star only because I couldn't give zero stars. We left hungry and went home to warm up some left overs !! Such a waste...
