Arby's — Restaurant in Denison

Good food, handicap accessible, the one problem I have here is the roof leaks very bad, I a heavy rain store water was comming down into the dining room through the ceiling light fixtures and the bathrooms were flooded water standing everywhere, they had a mop bucket in the largest leak, but the bucket was full and running over so it wasnt doing any good, when we went in the front door the floor was very wet everyone was slipping and sliding , my wife slipped and almost but her butt, and she had just gotten out of the hospital after having a stroke, I said something to the staff at the counter but they didn't seemed concerned about, I told them they needed to mop the entrance better before some fall and get hurt. Not too concerned about it, si when i left there i went straight done the block about 1/2 a mile to the fir station and said something to the firemen on duty about what was going on about the water coming down the light fixtures in th bathrooms and the dining room, and they said they would check it out and get a hold of the health department and let them know about it, should have closed the doors to the restroom and should closed the business till it quit racing due too a safety hazard to everyone, possible electrical short and someone getting electrocuted, we left and have...

This location is located just off I-75 in Sherman, TX. Arby's is well know for their roast beef sandwiches and seasoned curlyfries. We visited this location which wasn't full with plenty of parking. Two employees at the front and another working the window. Another employee was in the back completing orders. Restaurant was clean inside w/ floors swept and clean bathrooms. As a other guests entered that were looked at and ignored. Then made to wait. The orders came out correct. Drinks were good and on point. As we were eating one of the employees from the back came to the front. He attempted to help but didn't understand the process and used unacceptable language while guest were waiting on orders or eating. Just do what you do and finish orders in the back, there is a reason he is back there. Small changes will go a long way at this...

Once again, the order was wrong/incomplete. This time, I called and came back for the rest of my order. The last 3xs have had issues. Each time, I have gone months without returning due to the inability to complete order AS ordered. Nothing special. I LOVE Arby's! Absolutely LOVE it! Just can not seem to get the service and quality I have been used to at OTHER locations. Extremely disappointing! Hope ya'll figure it out sometime SOON!
