When I fish late (often), I stop here to eat afterwards. This store is a mess every time - never any product, staff needs to be put through CUSTOMER SERVICE certification courses. Management can seriously put their people through that for pretty cheap - one day courses or whatever.
Example - the last two times, I ordered double meat and I didnât even receive double meat because they didnât have enough but I was charged for double meat. Not cool!!
Just left there and again reminded of how irritating it can be at 10:30 pm there/here. I get it, it may be hard to find good employees - but they are investing their time in your store, invest in them and put them through customer service courses. Seriously.
The customer service and personalities are never very great in this store. But most Subways are like that - Lots of backstabbing amongst employees (un neccessary and easy fix): Hire someone dedicated to refill products and have them ONLY do that. That way people arent bossing people around (causing hostility).
Better thinking fixes everything. Thatd help! If I owned a SUBWAYÂŽ, which I may soon, that is exactly what I would do. The store definitely needs that. Its only minimum wage :). Sandwich artists should not be refilling things - refillers are the ones that should. And refillers could clean too.
I dont understand why this is so hard for franchisees to figure out. $7 per hour, really? If they sit around during downtime - who cares - cheap labor for great service = happy customers... Im sure there are plenty of things to clean and refill. Again, downtime is not a bad thing - maybe have an E-learning terminal or door greeting! better thinking

   Read more5 people working when we walked in, that we could see. 4 directly behind the counter. 1 was filling an order. It was about 5:45 pm on a Friday. We were the only people in line and only one other couple in the restaurant besides a table of young kids. One young man acknowledged us when we walked in, and about 5 minutes later, another woman working came up and told us she was sorry but was almost off shift. We stood at the counter for a few more minutes as the young man who had initially spoken to us stayed at the register and chatted with another employee who was filling cups.
