It’s Arby’s. Technically, it’s food.
However, this was probably the worst service experience I've had in a very long time!
I decided to order at the counter instead of going through the drive thru. I wasn't sure what I wanted and didn't want to slow service down. I can only imagine that service wouldn't have been much better if I had chosen to stay in my car!
First thing I notice as soon as I walk in is an overflowing trash can. However, I give them the benefit that it's Sunday and I am arriving about an hour after what would have been a lunch rush...it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the register, even though at least 2 workers made eye contact with me. I look around and see about 4-5 people eating and someone waiting for their food.
The guy who took my order was a mess...unkempt hair (which should have been covered in a hat), wrinkly clothes and a uninterested attitude. Transaction was unremarkable...except for the almost $30 price tag!
As I went to fill my drink, my feet stuck to the floor in front of the drink dispenser. This is when I notice the floors were disgusting. Again, I'm greeted with another over flowing trash receptacle.
I begin the wait for my food...the customer ahead of me gets their food...only to come back up to the counter to wait for someone to acknowledge him so he could get some dipping sauce. Then he has to come back up a second time, because his order is wrong...he waits for another length of time before he is acknowledged. The same guy who took my order cones around the corner, EATING something! Helps the guy, then disappears again.
Mind you, I've only counted 2 other customers come through the drive thru...and there is easily 2-3 people in the back. There was definitely no interest in giving any type of customer service or cleaning the dining room!
While the food was decent...I will never visit this location again! If I'm going to spend $30 at a fast casual restaurant...I expect it to be clean and to get at least decent...
Read moreEvery time before I have gone this time was good. Food was hot. Mozzarella sticks were slingy. fries were fresh. Etc. THIS TIME Service was terrible. I went through the drive through. I asked for a water so I could take my medicine, then she said good day and I pulled off. I pulled around front to run in and throw away my cup, as I was getting out of my car i realized I never got my drinks. I went in side threw away my water walked to the counter No one approached me at first. They yelled to me front he kitchen. Then another woman approached me to ask what was wrong. I told her I never got my drinks. She was nice . Another lady (we will call her the blonde lady) over heard and she approached. I had just went through the drive through no less than a minute before I walked in. She said she needed to see my recept. I have ankle problems, so I told her that I had just went through the drive through. The lady brought up the water I had gotten and then said for me to get my recept. I was not about to walk out all the way to my car to get something I payed for less than a minute before. I asked if she could look it up and again she said she needed my recept. The lady that gave me my food walked over and gave me 1 of the two drinks I had ordered, said sorry, and walked back to the window. So I informed the nice lady that I was missing the drink I ordered for myself. She got it for me and as she was getting it, the rude blonde said she would just look it up. Maybe it was stupid of me.... but the blonde realllyyyyy made me mad. I got home. Passed out food, and we ate. Out arby melts had almost no cheese. Could not taste it at all. Our sandwiches were coldish, fries were old, cheese sticks were not stringy. They were thick and not near as warm as they could have been. My mother did not even eat her food because it was that disappointing. My stepfather got the a1 combo, and he...
Read moreI went inside to order my food last Friday evening. I couldn't believe how bad this Arby's looked! My shoes literally stuck to the floor, I even walked over to the condiment counter to get napkins and the floor was sticky there as well. I had heard the restroom was pretty awful, and that there was a hole or two in the wall, but I didn't want to touch anything more than I had to, so I didn't go in there. As I stood there waiting for my order, I noticed fries, and paper cups and other assorted trash on the floor under the counter where they prepare food. I worked there in 2003 -2007 and I remember how we would be assigned cleanup duty as soon as the lunch rush was over. As well as the night shift before closing had to sweep and mop the floors. There is no way any of that is being done now, or the floors wouldn't be sticky in the lobby or that much trash on the floor behind the registers and counters. Shame on whoever manages that store, you're not holding the standards of Arby's not helping your business by allowing it to be neglected like that. The lobby and what I could see into the kitchen area was nothing short of disgusting! I would love to see what their health inspection score was last time around. I know I won't ever step foot in there again, or use their...
