Cumbl in Denton Town Center doesn’t just serve amazing cookies—they serve up unforgettable memories too. My brother Mitch who lost a bet, dressed head-to-toe as a pink fairy (complete with a tutu, tights, feather cuffs, and ruffled bloomers), turned a simple cookie stop into a laugh-out-loud spectacle.

The staff fully embraced the absurdity, Mitch had to twirl every time someone said “tutu” (which they did constantly).Mitch spun with dramatic flair, waving his arms and shouting, “I feel pretty, oh so pretty!" His ruffled tutu and bloomers bouncing with every spin had everyone in tears from laughing so hard.

To top it off, they handed Mitch a cookie with pink frosting to match his outfit! The most embarrassing part of the whole thing was how much fun Mitch the cookie fairy seemed to be having prancing around town!

The staff hinted they’d be putting Mitch’s fairy antics online, and we can’t wait to see it. Honestly, we’re hoping they invite him back when he makes his next delivery—this time with an even bigger tutu!

Between the incredible cookies, playful atmosphere, and unforgettable humor, Cumbl is a must-visit. You might even catch Mitch twirling his way to fairy...

We love Crumbl but unfortunately this is our 2nd bad experience with this location and specifically the manager Kayla, today. I had cookies delivered to my almost 80-year-old father-in-law for his birthday. The cookies were placed near the grass and ants crawled into the box. When he called to ask for a replacement, Kayla told him that their job was completed and she wouldnt do anything to help or make it right. She hung up on him actually. mind you they knew it was his birthday, and this was a gift I called the store myself and spoke to her. She is VERY aggressive in her tone, constantly speaks over you, and doesn't have any appreciation for the customer or their satisfaction. I've seen several other bad reviews about the employee's attitudes from this store and if the owner of the store reads this review, I hope they remember there are several cookie delivery companies out there now and I will now longer visit or buy from this location. It sounds like a conversation with your employees is warranted about their...

Good cookies around. My family every Monday spot the look forward to Monday. Now they wanted to charge me per box a quarter and never since they have been open charge per box. Then the girl that was prepping the cookies had no gloves on. And the manager has attitude about me asking g to out my cookies in separate boxes. Told me there is an option for that on the kiosk I had to show her that there is not an option for this. This has happened on a couple of occasions where the manager has tried to charge me to put my cookies on separate boxes, she has even tried to charge me for a bag not a extra bag but a bad to put my cookies in. And it seems like the younger people that are in there always have some attitude can't smile or greet the customers. I'm thinking bout gong to the other location I go to this one for convenience and what use to be outstanding...

Twice now we've tried them and not disappointed yet. Though they ARE kinda pricey, for a box of 6 with tax and tip is about $26. However, they are HUGE! And taste great. Last time got cinnamon roll, biscoff caramel, strawberry chzcake and they were OMG awesome! The chocolate chip and pink icing sugar were pretty good as well. This time we got oreo, cotton candy, peanut butter muddy buddy, and a twixlike one. So far all are amazing. They are huge, moist, and very flavorful. Definitely recommend joining the free rewards club to earn points. And they are super sweet so eat them sparingly. And the customer service is even more amazing. Everyone is always very patient, outgoing, and pleasant to deal with.
