So my wife and I ordered a pickup order through the app, we each got a footlong and my wife also got a bag of chips and a cookie. So upon picking up the order I was greeted with off-putting service and after I got to the car I found the chips and cookie were missing. I went back in to get them and was given more weird attitude. Well after getting home and unwrapping our sandwiches my wife and I were both disappointed to find our sandwiches to be super messy and made incorrect. Specifically my sandwich was not toasted, had banana peppers and spinach (both of which I didn’t order), it was absolutely drenched in the dressing (it was soaking through the wrapping) and the way the ingredients were spread out on the sandwich was borderline disrespectful. My wife’s sandwich had the wrong condiment (dripping in the dressing as mine except she didn’t even order that dressing) and it wasn’t even fully wrapped! There was lettuce and stuff falling out as she pulled it out of the bag. So I took the sandwiches back and asked if I could have them remade (we each had only taken a single bite). I was given the same bad attitude, but they did agree to remake them. So this time I got to watch the sandwiches get thrown together in front of me as fast as this person could do it despite me being the only person in the store. I got 6 total slices of pepperoni on my sandwich and 4 of them are in a stack. My wife had to reassemble her sandwich after we got home. I’m not the type to complain or even leave reviews, but I was compelled to today because of how ridiculous this ordeal was. I will never go to this subway...
Read moreI understand having a bad day but the girl that made my sandwich was just a pain. First she gets the bread and kinda holds it close to her shirt with stains. Than she drops it and instead of getting new bread she ask me what kinda of sandwich do I want as if I didn't just watch her drop the bread. Than when asked if I could get another bread because she dropped it ,she gets an attitude and roll her eyes. The only reason I didn't walk off right then was because I didn't have time to stop anywhere else and my blood sugar was getting low and I didn't want to pass out driving. After finally making it passed the bread portion she drops the meat and the knife. Again she must have thought I can't see her over the counter through the freaking glass. Because she continued to make my sandwich as if nothing happened. So I asked if she could get someone else to make my sandwich. Unfortunately her coworker had just stepped out, and I was running low on time so for the 3rd try she managed to make a sandwich without dropping anything. Base on the upset stomach I got after eating the food I probably should had just passed out driving . Oh and if management could please get the employees to wear hair nets that way the customers don't vomit from pulling hair out of their sandwiches that...
Read moreI made my order through the app today and my husband went to pick up. He was given the wrong foot long sub and the correct 6 inch. When he returned with our sandwiches we realized mine was wrong and it’s unfortunately not anything I can eat. I’m an easygoing person. I called the restaurant believing they’d be willing to make this mistake on their part- right- unfortunately Sandra the OWNER did not and refused to refund the order unless we could come back (this did not fit with our plans for the day as we’d already driven too far away to turn back.) They put the OWNER on the phone who immediately said “your sandwich was correct because I made it!” I assured her that no, my footlong was wrong but our 6 inch was correct. She was very defensive and still refused to refund even the part of the order that was incorrect unless we turned around (which as stated was unfortunately not an option with our schedule today) This is the nearest subway to our home and the one we usually go to without issue. However- We will make sure that in the future we go to a different location who will maybe care more about their loyal customers and be able to make it right when they make a mistake. Do better, Sandra. Y’all make sure your sandwich is right before you leave the store- or chose...
