To Management and Owners of this Taco Casa in Denton in University Drive ....... Just want you to know that you have an ALL STAR TEAM that consist of Ms / Miss VICTORIA “Tori” , Mr TONY , Mr MARK and Ms SAMANTHA as well as the rest of your staff . I’ve been going in for s little over 2 weeks and I feel as if been going there for years thanks to your ALL STAR TEAM ! If all Taco Casa’s that I’ve visited had the same team it would be the place to go eat . This is the BEST TACO CASA I’ve been too and I’ve been to many of them but this is the BEST TACO CASA by far ! It took Tony , Mark and Victoria “Tori” about two days to memorize my name and face . If Taco Casa has a contest on the Best Taco Casa in the DFW surrounding area, this would be the one ....... They are always smiling, they are always busy and they are always attentive, courteous and the customer service I receive here is what customer service should be ! Ms / Miss VICTORIA is a worker and just this past Friday I literally saw her on the line by herself putting orders out like without missing a beat ! WoW ! This young Lady is a multitasker and she can cover every position . Not many can do what I saw her do . I was impressed and I give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ! This Taco Casa has an awesome team and great employees who truly take pride in what they do and they take care of the customers . Every time I walk into this place I see everyone doing something productive and staying busy . Mr TONY always addresses me by name and I don’t even have to give him my order cause he knows it already . DAM IT , I LuV this place and the employees ....... I strongly suggest some gift cards or even a small raise for each one mentioned . Thank you TONY , MARK , SAMANTHA and VICTORIA “Tori” for always making my experience @ Taco Cass the best ! You all are truly ALL STARS of the fast food industry ! X....

ZERO STARS....Went here yesterday, been visiting this location for years. Asked for a taco bowl with meat and cheese only. Order came out with a loaded taco bowl. Returned to counter to let them know I had asked for only meat and cheese. They redid the order and when I returned to the table realized they had made a taco bowl with meat, beans and cheese. Returned to the counter a second time again stating I had only asked for meat and cheese. At this time I was very frustrated as I shouldn't have to ask 3 times for only meat and cheese. Asked for the manager on duty, who stated his name to be Mike. He was very rude and unprofessional stating he had the right to refuse service to me and he could return my money. I didn't want my money back, I only wanted a taco bowl with only meat and cheese. This will probably the the last time I visit this location. Terrible customer service went there today order 3 regular crispy tacos, the were thrown together with very little cheese. Return the order to the counter. manager comes over VERY rudely and says (This is how my GM told me to make the tacos and if you want more cheese I going to charge you.) After the rude way she spoke to me I then stated this is not how I'm use to receiving my order and I would like my money back . She goes on to say, you open up the the tacos so I'm not give you your money back and walks 'off and tell the cashier to throw the tacos away since I said I didn't want them. I then said so I'm I getting my money back she say (NO! if you want to try and get your money back you call Monday and ask for the general manager. I never every receive such rudeness and disrespect before. This so call manager doesn't need to be in customer service if she not able to handle...
