Okay I will start by saying that I think this place is pretty new and still learning. They are struggling with staffing just like every other place recently. Our server both times we came was awesome! We stopped by for a drink one day and the drinks were soooooo good! I am absolutely in love with the spicy one and am so glad they put real jalapeños in it. My friend was obsessed with the one she got too. So we came back a couple weeks later to try the food. We were able to eat the nachos but they took a very long time before they came out. We had tickets to an event and after an hour of waiting for our tacos, we asked to just get the check. The server SAVED this place and my opinion of it. She apologized for the wait before I even brought it up, she brought out some free stuff to try to make up for it and was just overall nice and communicative. It sucked cause we were ready to leave and the food was then ready so we just got it be to go but ended up not getting to eat it cause by the time I went to our event and got home it had been the car all night and wasn't edible by then. I think I would still go back to try the food but I would lower my expectations. They could impress next time who knows. I was satisfied that she tried to make it right but I was so hungry and everything food related took FOREVER. The nachos were okay. Nothing special. The drinks bomb as hell.

Don’t waste your time. Go to Rhino. Disrespectful is a understatement. Just when I thought I was complaining on a bartender her “baby daddy” said chill that’s my baby mama. Wow that made it much better. “First come first serve and your looking over me.” Her response; “So hush!” Like I was a child. OoOh. Bye. I’m a person of color in a establishment by the say folks but I’m saying go to Rhino. If you don’t know you’ll learn fast if you have any class. I can’t wait to Blog this place. We suppose to stand together right. Well business is business and I have two words, Professional Development. Act hood and you’ll only be hood rich. No one has to be ok with unprofessional conduct and my money don’t jiggle but you bold. I’m so glad my review brought you off that 4.0 to 3.9. It’s only down hill from here because no one see 4.0 and below businesses. Message to the bartender and baby daddy, I hope your inside joke will be worth finding a new occupation because I saw your laugh before I walked out from your free drink and I will work hard for you to learn your lesson. You don’t need to know where I came from but you will learn soon how the unknown impacts your company.

First time visiting, thought $2 Tuesday tacos would be affordable enough to feed a family of 4, but they were incredibly tiny with very little filling or flavor. The side cabbage salad was about a 1/4 cup in size. The guacamole didn’t arrive until the end of our meal and dessert which we asked to go, took another 20 minutes (in the end the churros were still raw in the middle- see photo) We were also over charged for our happy hour margaritas, $9 each instead of $5, my fault for not reading more closely. I guess the owners are more focused on the DJ and the music than they are the food or service? Our server was nice and tried to explain the chef/kitchen staff was new, but they could have made up for the long wait.

Came for a Saturday night outing with family and was very disappointed. I'm always ready and excited to support Black owned businesses but this was a very unpleasant experience and in no way helps to breakdown the already established negative views that many hold against said businesses. To begin I told one of the waitstaff that I wished to be seated at a 4 top table because I was expecting more people for my party. Instead of listening to my request I was seated at a 2 top even though there were 2 available 4 top tables. Next, we relocated to the 4 top which was visibly dirty and instead of being cleaned immediately, we were not even addressed as guests until sitting there for 10 minutes. One of the servers outside just happened to walk to the table and asked us if anyone has been to help us yet. We said no and the she volunteered to take our order after cleaning the table. We placed our order for 4 tacos and two margaritas and two waters. We received our drinks in a timely fashion but not the food. Two other guests for our group arrived 10 minutes later and still no food. They were not happy with the quality of the margaritas ( which I have to say were subpar and the flavored ones were warm even with ice in them). The final 2 guests arrived and still no food. The original server never came to check on the table until she noticed we didn't have our food yet and at that point we had been waiting for 45 minutes. She came back and took the new drink orders and food orders for the table. This time everything came within 10 minutes even our original taco orders. So my assessment is that there is no real organization to table seating and service. If the staff had assigned areas/tables to focus on it would probably help the flow better because they would know what section belongs to each of them during their shift. As fast as the drinks go, it's a tequila bar and they really only offer two signature drinks, margaritas and sangria so I'm not sure why that is so difficult to master. This place needs a lot of help in order to provide for a better experience for the customer. The upside to everything was that the DJ was really good and the...
