Fifth Coffee House — Restaurant in Denver

Went on three separate occasions each time was not an positive experience. First time the shop was closed over an hour before their listed close time, no signage or note communicating that. Second time there was no one present in the shop when we walked in a few minutes later someone came in from outside to say they were sold out of the cookies and cream latte (the only drink I’ve wanted to try) literally no customer service. Went again today and once again they are out of the cookies and cream due to popularity, no follow up of when would be good to come back or even offer a different drink we could be interested in. Extremely disappointed that out of the three times I’ve tried to support this business I have not had one positive experience. I would think with a social media account you would use that to communicate to customers when you’ve sold out of your most popular product or to communicate not being open. Just super...

What an awesome coffee shop! I love the service, the ambiance, the brew, and location. I ordered an iced latte, and it was perfect. Not too sweet and I was able to taste the espresso, which wasn't bitter. My husband ordered a flat white and it was awesome as it was smooth and very tasty. This would make a great spot to get work done or just hang out and catch up with friends or even read a book (the selection of books and magazines on the tables were pretty awesome, they even had comic books!). I’m down south in Englewood. A friend told me about a new spot, Fifth, and we went there to catch up. We were greeted warmly and I asked what was good. Cookies and crème latte iced. I gave it a go and expected it to be this super sweet drink. It was soooooooo good. I ordered another! The space provided an open environment but offered seating that allowed for private conversation. Can you say community feel? The vibe was positive and I felt welcome.
