I am disappointed in my decision to spend $30 on this meal. I had higher expectations based on the reviews, but it didn’t live up to the hype. It seems like the food here is overrated, and perhaps people in Denver have different tastes. While it’s not the worst Chinese food I’ve had, it’s definitely overpriced for what you get. The portion sizes are generous, but the side of lo mein noodles had a strange medicinal taste that I didn’t enjoy. They were just average noodles. I have a preferred Chinese restaurant that never disappoints me, but I wanted to give this place a chance. The sesame chicken had an unexpected citrusy flavor in the sauce. The fried rice or brown rice wasn’t what I expected either; it had white spots, indicating it wasn’t properly cooked in a pan. I am attaching a photo to show what I mean. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Since I’m not enjoying the meal, I have decided to give it to a homeless person so that it doesn’t go to waste. Someone else might appreciate it more than I do.

Very efficient, healthy portions and delicious dishes! While visiting Denver, we had a craving for Chinese takeout. This restaurant filled that craving perfectly. While they have indoor seating, it felt like more of a takeout place. We decided to walk out to the restaurant from our hotel downtown, which was only 30 min, so it would be an even shorter drive. We didn't order ahead, and they still were able to make our food quickly and send us on our way within 10-15 minutes. We ordered their pork lo mein, shrimp lo mein, wonton soup, spicy orange beef and upgraded the side rice to fried rice. They threw in two egg rolls for us as a bonus! The lo meins were great, especially the flavor of the pork. The spicy orange beef had a good kick to it too. Overall we were satisfied and full, with plenty left over for the next day to enjoy. Definitely recommend this place to fill your Chinese takeout cravings.

Don't let the outside fool you. This place is super cute inside. It's not very big, though. I ordered the Orange Chicken lunch special, and it was delicious. The only thing is that the orange sauce was a bit too sweet for me, but it was still tasty. The chicken was crispy and lightly breaded as described. Big portions. I work a block away from them, and my coworkers go there all the time and only have good things to say. 8/25/25 UPDATE: I’m not sure what’s been going on lately but the last three orders haven’t been good at all. The rice tasted old and the sesame chicken didn’t taste like sesame chicken. I ordered right after they opened so I’m thinking maybe the food wasn’t fresh or was from the day before. It’s kind of disappointing because it’s such a cute little place and the food used to be really good.

The food is good but we had to go from sit in to take out today because there was a toddler (family member) in the back who was having a tantrum — the tantrum wasn’t the issue though, she is younger than 3 and is in a work environment, she’s probably bored and full of energy. What isn’t acceptable is the entire restaurant staff yelling at this child behind the curtain, to the point where there were men yelling at her. It was extremely uncomfortable and there was another family of paetrons who kept exchanging uncomfortable comments and glances with us. Our final straw was when we could clearly hear the toddler’s mouth being held shut by a hand— you could just take her outside on a walk, there were plenty of adults to handle that situation versus being violent and aggressive toward a 2-3 year old, it just makes it worse- not better.

I won’t be back because I can’t imagine how this child is treated when customers ARENT in the restaurant. The owners gave a 10% discount when we demanded to take our food to go, after my partner had to yell multiple times over the shouting adults in the kitchen to get their attention. Even then, when we had to wait for our food to finish cooking, our server and one of the restaurant employees who were yelling at the toddler were laughing about the situation.

Don’t come here if you want to...

I ordered the chicken teriyaki plate. Which was loaded with super sweet burnt sauce- yuck. Not teriyaki and not tangy or savory but loaded with gobs of burnt sugar sauce with a side dish of fried rice. My friend ordered the shrimp combo rice. I tasted his to but Really nothing great at all. . The atmosphere is awful, it's clean but worse than an IHOP for atmosphere. There's only a couple tables it's very small there's no lighting or no atmosphere. The bill came to $42 WITH TAX for two plates of food. Then Plus a Tip///. I was there with a Mechanic Friend who did me a favor and fixed my car. I didnt want to complain after all the work he did on my car. In this Asian restaurant you can't order entrees, Or the smaller 2 or 3 items. Only one of the dinner plates. No half orders. you have to order the whole plate of food and $42 for two plates of food in a small family restaurant with bright sunlight and no atmosphere. The food was bad. It didn't make me sick ..it was just awful does it disappointment. Just an awful experience for about 50 bucks in food. Some of the frozen Chinese food I've =h=had was better than what I had paid for here. Way...

Horrible customer service. Just mean.

I ordered beef and broccoli, but on the website, it required me to select a rice and a “vegetable”..? So I selected a rice and vegetable. Confused, I calmly called the restaurant to make sure the order was right. “I said I’m confused by the website and just to confirm I ordered beef and broccoli.” She went off on me. “Thats uber eats website.” I thought but didn’t say.., the food IS coming from the restaurant and they do get $. She said “I no get $2 from Uber eats. You call them.” ?? So what did I order because I’ll pay $2.” She again said ”I no get the money from Uber eats.” So I asked “Am I getting beef and broccoli or not” and she said “you call Uber Eats cause I no get the money” So I went over to the restaurant and asked her to explain and that I wanted beef and broccoli. She was MAD, yelling at me. At that moment, a driver came in and announced my name and my order came out but the guy refused to give it to the driver. I said “I’ll pay the two dollars, I just want beef and broccoli.”She said “no,...
