The experience I had at this location last night, and a few other similar experiences I've previously had prompted me to write this, unfortunately, negative review. I want to be clear that this review is solely about the service at this location and not the food. I also want to exclude a certain gentleman at the front who usually works the rice/protein side of the line. He seems to be of Latin descent, and is short with short hair and black glasses. His service is always great and he should be a manager if he is not already. However, there is a young girl who is usually on the salsa part of the line who should seriously be re-trained or dismissed from her duties at the front because her customer service has always been awful every time I go here. And because of her poor service last night, I will NEVER come to this location again. I come here frequently and always get the same thing. A rice bowl with double chicken/steak/peppers, pico and corn salsa, and a large queso and chips. I observed the low amount of queso on the line, but because it was 5:00 in the evening, I figured they were about to replace it soon. So I asked for a Lg Queso/Chips and she looked at the Queso and looked at me and said "We're out!" Then, she proceeded to push my bowl down the line as if she was done with me and on to the next customer. I politely informed her that I did not mind paying and waiting for the Queso/Chips. She rolled her eyes and asked the nice guy on the protein side next to her how long on Queso. He immediately went to the back and opened a new bag, put it in a dish and let her know it was available. She pushed my food towards the cashier and incorrectly told him what I had in my bowl, which I had to correct. I told him what I had and that I was also waiting on a large Queso and chip. He seemed confused and paused for a moment. I told him to just go ahead and ring it up so I can pay and not have to jump back in line in front of the next guest. Seems like he could have thought of that himself, but I digress. After the Queso was put on the line she made it and rudely said here is your Queso. I told her I got chips too. She rolled her eyes once again, grabbed the chips and literally threw them towards me. They fell over and if the bag wasn't rolled at the top they would have fallen out. How rude of her not to just had me the bag of chips. It would have been so disrespectful If i had thrown my money at them right?
I don't even like leaving bad reviews because I will just take my business elsewhere and not even bother with the nonsense, but this was totally uncalled for. I work in customer service, and I get that guests can sometimes be rude, impatient, and disrespectful, but I was neither of those. Every time I come here I say "please" and "thank you," and I also leave a generous tip for the staff. But never again. Not after seeing all the other reviews on here also sharing their similar experience with the terrible service at this location. The way I was treated with the eye rolls and throwing items at me was totally disrespectful and uncalled for and someone needs to pay close attention to all these reviews saying the same exact thing. Read moreWe came to Chipotle after a yoga class (Thurs night around 820p). The staff is nice but they seemed to be out of items and there was still so many people coming in for food. The lady in front of us wanted lettuce on her bowls but was told they were out of lettuce. Well, my husband wanted a salad and I thought he would have been told they were out of lettuce but they did have "salad lettuce." Ok, not really sure why there's a difference but at least the hubs got his salad.
I wanted lettuce on my bowl, but because they were out, I didn't ask. The man behind us was ordering 4 items and asked for lettuce and was denied because they were out. I'm only mentioning this because while we were denied, the lady behind the man behind us asked for lettuce and was told that they were out. She then asked for "salad lettuce" and the employee said "Yes, you can have that," which made the man behind us ask why he couldn't get lettuce and was told that they were out. The employee then went back to get more lettuce but never offered it to the man behind us, which is completely poor customer service.
We decided to eat at Chipotle since I was starving after yoga and the entire place was in disarray. They were out of the watermelon lemonade that they were advertising. They were out of forks and the entire dining area was dirty with food and napkins on all the tables, chairs, and floors. We decided to eat on the patio in the sprinkling rain because that was the only clean area since it had been raining all afternoon.
Both the bathrooms were closed so I wasn't able to wash my hands. While the dining room was a complete disaster, 3 employees thought that it was fine to just have a meeting in front of the closed bathrooms and not help their...
Read moreIf this could zero stars it would be..My wife and I were verbally disrespected and abused by the “manger Andrew” and several employees at this location while attempting to check out. We were over charged the orders were made incorrectly and when I asked for a manager “Andrew” came out and was extremely rude and opened my food with dirty gloves that he came out of the office with on his hand (mind you he could have been doing anything with these gloves) and proceeded to dig his entire hand through my food. When I told the manager that is unsanitary and against company policy and he needed to remake it, he refused to so and instructed others not to and then threw over $80 dollars worth of food in the trash. I then asked him for his name the the number to corporate and he refused to give it to me went to the back and refused to resolve the situation. Then sent another employee to try and intimidate me and further escalate the situation. “Andrew’s” behavior toward me and my family, and in front of all the staff and about 20 other customers was totally unacceptable and he should be terminated. There were SEVERAL major and blatant health code issues and violations, witnessed while we were there waiting over 10 mins for the “manager” to come out of the office in the back.
