Awesome place, much needed cuisine in Central Park! Baja Trio had queso, guacamole, and roasted salse...quest deliciously creamy and cheesy. The Duo had the best, most flavorful, tender carne asada (despite being medium well per my request); mino chili rellenos were like fried egg rolls. Order of fave tacos - shrimp, chicken tinga, birria. Classic Margherita was great, Cali Caliente was spicy with a hint of cucumber, elderflower/prickly pear shot was Sweet! Food portions generous, sadly no room for the Ghirardelli brownies and churros. Bar seats spacious. Dillon and Hannah the bartenders were very personable and knowledgeable about the menu, made great recs!

Amazing food and service! So excited to have a delicious place in the neighborhood. For a busy Friday night, the wait was reasonable and they even have a hangout spot on the patio. The food and service was amazing, kudos to the cooks for such delicious food! The staff was so attentive from refilling water to refilling chips. Gabby was so friendly and had the best recommendations. We can’t wait to go back. Jimmys Cadillac was such a good cocktail. The kids carnitas bowl was our daughter’s favorite!

We had a great lunch at the new Central Park location. From the homemade tortilla chips and salsa to the brownie with cinnamon ice cream, everything was delicious. Our favorites were the Chicken Flautas, the Baja Fish Bowl and the Carnitas on the Best of Nomada plate. Not to mention the brownie which was gooey and warm. Turned out this was too much food for us so the staff put the leftovers in to go boxes. Service was great. Sherry and Jordan took great care of us at the bar. Give it a try.

We “tried” this new spot Sunday night, though “tried” feels generous. After an hour of waiting post-seating, the only thing that successfully landed at our table was disappointment.

The server had taken our order (with a pen, mind you), but apparently, the WiFi ate it. An hour later, they returned, apologetic, to ask what we wanted to eat again. By then, our enthusiasm had evaporated, along with our waters. The drinks were long empty too, I’d had to flag someone down just to check on the cocktail I ordered before we reached the “are-we-being-punked?” stage.

I understand opening chaos, ticket times, a busy Sunday night after a long weekend, and POS system malfunctions. But this wasn’t that. This was indifference disguised as a vibe. Because in a packed room, all you need to do to win guests is make eye contact and care, just once.

We asked to pay for our drinks and leave, the manager came over, calm, kind, and mortified. Offered their condolences, took ownership of the mess, and let us know the drinks were on the house. It was a graceful recovery, if too late to salvage dinner.

We’ll give it another try, maybe just at the bar next time, no kids, no expectations, and definitely no...

Came here for opening night with a reservation for 3 at 7pm. The place was so busy it was hard to remember it was only a Tuesday night! Right off the bat Heather (super friendly) at the host stand informed us we would be seated shortly and could pass time at the bar until we were seated. We sat with Cisco at the bar (fantastic) who made a great margarita for all of us. Once it was time to be seated Heather came back and sat us at our table. The transition from bar to table went smoothly with all parties working together seamlessly. The customer service here was so visible with all team members working together as a unit. Once at our table we had the best waitress Veronica who walked us through the menu and guided us to delicious dishes. She even surprised us at the end with a sweet brownie treat! Our party was celebrating so we ended our evening with this giant octopus fully equipped with 6 tasty shots. Very impressed from the food to the service, will definitely...

Great new date spot! They opened only a couple of weeks ago and you can tell they put a lot of care and money into the re-imagining of the space. They nailed the atmosphere. Much needed in this area. Food quality was amazing, and quantity was a pleasant surprise in a time where it seems restaurants get away more and more with overpriced, under-portioned plates. We chose to sit at the bar instead of a table and we had the best time with Sherri who introduced us to a couple of their signature margs. The Cali Caliente was amazing. Something about the atmosphere and the warm, bubbly service from Sherri just made our night. So happy to have a new place on the block that is obviously trying hard to deliver an unforgettable experience. Can't...
