Two words: PLASTIC WASTE! 😱🫣😵💫😵
My friend and I ordered three dishes (ramen noodles, garlic bread, and a Mediterranean salad), myself with a drink and a substitution of tofu instead of chicken for the salad. Between those three items we wound up with eight different plastic bowls, plus cutlery and the bags to go.
They packaged the tofu, the sauces and dressing for the salad, the noodles, the bread, and the marinara sauce ALL IN SEPARATE PLASTIC BOWLS.
I know this is probably common practice for many restaurants, but I was shocked. I didn't enjoy my meal one bit because I felt so horrid about the waste and that's why I'm compelled to leave this review. The tofu for my salad was maybe five or six small pieces, the salad dressing one little plastic ramekin which then received yet ANOTHER container for transferring into before adding to the salad (why?????) and then, and then, and then. Where do they think this plastic goes when we're done eating?
This is all for an establishment that serves mediocre food at best. The noodles tasted cheap and the garlic bread was the most uninspiring I've ever had (frozen Texas toast at any grocery store is much better). Is this the best that this company can offer?
I asked the manager upon leaving if they had any recycling. None. Just think, every single customer, every single order, all that waste...
Managers if you're reading, PLEASE consider altering your horrid...
Read moreA warning before you eat at Noodles on 29th. Just went there and had the worst experience. I was served raw chicken in my noodle dish. After about 4 bites I noticed something was not right. The inside was completely translucent. 🤮🤢 I brought it to the register and told the guy behind the counter that the chicken was raw. He said, “okay, we will fix it,” very nonchalant. I then sat down and thought about it for a bit and got more frustrated as I waited. He gave no apology, no refund. I went back to talk to him again and said I should get a refund for this. He offered me a cookie to fix it. I left after waiting for 10 min for my food. I called in and asked for the manager who told me that they are a training restaurant and the guy did not know how to cook the food! You have the health of people in your hands, the least you can do is make sure people who are cooking raw meet are properly trained. I was told by the manager that there was nothing she could do to make me happy and she asked, “Do you want me to give you a refund?” I shouldn’t have to ask for a refund. I didn’t eat the food, I should not pay for it. It’s simple customer service. They could have made it right by apologizing and giving my money back right away. I have no interest in eating there and potentially being served raw...
Read moreI used to come here all the time and Lindsey was great honoring my coupons. Now they have a new GM (kid) at this location and he has hassled me 2 times too many. I'd never met him before. I went in on my 60th birthday because I had a free birthday dessert offer on my phone that for some reason he thought that I had put on my phone myself. Thanks, but sorry I'm not that smart. That set the tone for the rest of an already emotional day. I called the corporate office and they never did call me back after three times of trying to get ahold of them. I had always had a good experience at this location and was flustered.
I called the Stapleton location again and Miss B answered the phone and told me to come in for a free meal, because the GM must have been tired. She said to let her know when I wanted to come in. So last Saturday I think it was, I called and guess who answered the phone? The GM who refused to let me talk to Miss B for some reason. He got an earful from me as I am taking this personal now. Yesterday, I received a 20% off email coupon for an online order. Guess I need to find another location. I hope...
