High Point Creamery — Restaurant in Denver

Ordered rum raisin because the description said the base is brown sugar cinnamon with rum soaked raisins. What we got was maybe a vanilla base, definitely not brown sugar or cinnamon. There were almost no raisins. I asked for a refund through DoorDash and apparently you can’t get a refund for a poor quality item with a bad description. When you try to call and let them know you have an issue they either ask you to leave a message or contact DoorDash. This is the second time I’ve had poor quality from here. My wife and I used them for our wedding because we used to like the ice cream so much. I’m bummed that they’ve gone downhill. There’s a great place three blocks away from us. My partner and I hired High Point Creamery for our wedding over the weekend. We decided to go with the ice cream cart (rather than the truck). We can't stay enough good things about them! They came extra early to set up and were friendly to our guests. One guest even said "this is the best ice cream I've ever had". Great location, great customer service and great Ice Cream 🍨 I had a delicious Salted Caramel in a sugar cone. And my son has a Mexican Chocolate in a sugar cone. Yummy!!! The let us sample the Ice Cream as well. So we knew which to pick.

I'm looking forward to returning and trying other flavours. Some were quite unique, but I couldn't resist the Salted Caramel this time. And you can enjoy your Ice Cream outside where the fountains are.
