I love the Fiesta Bowl and I’m a regular customer here and I didn’t want to write this review but I feel like I had to to bring it up to your attention but it’s very disappointing how constantly you are out of food items, it’s very rare that I get to enjoy the Fiesta Bowl how it comes because if you’re not out of chicken I have to choose roasted chicken or if you’re out of dressing I have to change the dressing but today 1st red flag giving me the scrapes of rice.. and you know I was like don’t make it a big deal or whatever it’s just rice , then you were out of chicken and you were out of red salsa and I’m sorry but I had to say no I’m not gonna take it, because it’s a paying customer I deserve to have the bowl I want exactly how its advertised …. And one last thing it’s pretty simple I feel like I should’ve been told all the items usually had before they even started my bowl because expected me to maks substitutions is delirious, But today I said no thank you because I’m not gonna be paying for something I’m not...
Read morePretty disappointed overall. I ordered a smoothie and waited 20 minutes and still hasn't gotten my order. I finally asked about the status and was told it was just getting started, but it appeared that it actually just was forgotten. I did appreciate the cashier's apology for the wait.
As I sat waiting for my order, I noticed that just about everyone else was also waiting for long periods and at least half the people waiting had to ask about the status of their orders.
The restaurant doesn't appear to be busy too busy, as there were several employees standing in the back and two employees on break in the dining room. There was also a pile up of trash at the bussing station (which is right by the door) and a very unpleasant site when first walking into an establishment called "Crisp & Green".
My smoothie was ok. It wasn't blended long enough and was filled with ice and fruit chunks making it hard to drink. I've had much better smoothies at better prices. I probably...
Read moreOn 07/01/25, I ordered 4 salads for pickup at 6:10 pm. I arrived around 6:35 pm to find that the order had not even been started. One of the employees working indicated that two other employees had called in sick, so they were short-staffed.
The 1 star for service is directed at the Crisp and Green management/owner, not the employees who were there working hard to fulfill customer orders (those working get 5 stars for the service). When you own a franchise/business, if employees don't show up, management should step in to help cover the floor. When I worked in retail in my college yers, that is exactly what would happen. The owners/managers would step in to cover to keep customers happen.
